Total scam, ordered PS5 on26/4/22 gave me a tracking number and small package was delivered to London I live in Glasgow and it certainly wasn’t a PS5. Asked for refund and after 4 weeks still haven’t received it. Thankfully paid by Credit Card and they will reimburse me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

SCAM, ordered a PS5, obviously didn't arrive, was told would have a refund, obviously didn't arrive, paid by credit card so now have my money back. Website has now been taken down.

I purchased a PS5 on 13/05/2022 but until now it haven't received it. I tried to email the company but didn't receive any response. And the phone number you provided doesn't go through. This is frustrating

Why have you stopped answering my emails, about my refund that you said was in progress. This review should be 0 stars, but unable to but 0 stars. Please do put up on here to get in contact with you, because I have been emailing you about 1 - 2 times a week for 2 months for my refund. Your company is a joke.

Fraudsters. Ordered a PS5 and I thought it was strange that it said 8-12 working days. Now been much longer than that and still not been despatched. Scam site. Avoid. I will be doing a chargeback.

Edit: even though they are saying they will refund on here. When I asked for it by email, they said I have to wait 3 more days for despatch

dont buy this is a scam they say 8-10 days for a reason barclaycard has ben informed to stop using them as it a scam

Been over 3 weeks still no arrival of ps5 kept being lied to on when it would come !!

Absolute SCAM!!!! Bought a ps5 on the website, they have been telling me it's going to be dispatched time over time and still nothing. Struggling to get a refund. avoid at all costs because you won't receive your goods!!

I have waited for almost a week longer than I was told the delivery would be for my ps5 and it still isn't here, and I haven't received any emails explaining what's happening.

I have not received my order of PS5. Its now 21 days. Still no info. Read about poor reliability of site and scam

My fellow ordered a £600 graphic card and he got 3 cheap mice.
They send very cheap products in return for high-priced products.
Till now they try to convince people that there was a mistake.
Many people receive the same cheap item instead actual product. even some of them have received nothing.
Basically, they are trying to buy time by lying. So they can find more victims.
Just search "bygamers safe or scam?" via google and see the result.
You're lucky if you get back your money.

waiting 2 months for a refund dont buy over £600

i have contacted them for two months and still nothing and they write a reply like they care and want you to get it contact.

Fraud, please do not purchase from this site, ordered an Xbox series x and it never arrived requested a refund (3-10 working days) it has now been 14 and still no sign of a refund

I placed an order which hasn't arrived. I've been told it will be received in a few days on a number of occasions, but still no goods. I have been told i will be given a tracking number, but haven't. I strongly suspect i won't receive any goods and i will need to pursue this via my credit card company.
I wouldn't order from this company as they are clearly not reliable in any way. Scammers.

6 weeks after order there is no trace of my order after multiple promises that it would be another few days have finally been promised a refund.

The one tracking number I did get was for someone else’s order and a nice picture of that being delivered to them and not me.

Avoid at all costs

Scam website, avoid at all costs. They send computer mice in the post from China. You'll never get the item you bought, just a load of excuses instead.

This website is a scam don’t believe anything they say I bought a Xbox 5 weeks ago and every week they promise it’s going to come next week. They will also send you fake tracking numbers. Please don’t give these filthy scamming Indians money and yes they r Indian

No doubt a lone ranger failed programmer working out of a shed, utilising google analytics to push prominence on google searches. Gone to great lengths to appear legit but do your research.

Ps to the bygamers reply, you have the order number, FACT you know you have made many many promises to pay, FACT you know you have not refunded the amount for months, FACT and you know you are avoiding calls FACT and emails made to you. FACT You are a scam pure and simple. FACT

Stop acting like you are not! You have gone to great lengths to act like you are not a scam but you are FACT - what else do you call someone who sends a mouse instead of the high value item really ordered and then does not refund???

It's called Cyber crime and fraud. You should be ashamed! Public need to know the truth and the relevant people and authorities have have your details!
