Confused
Had to do a direct debit change, which was handled incorrect and due to an admin error the DD was not set up in time - so called and made a payment over the phone (30th July). Got confirmation that DD had then been set up. Today received a Notice of default sums and am told I will be charged £18. I have not defaulted and am guessing my payment over the phone has not been allocated to my agreement.

Absolutely Zero Service
Absolutely zero customer service
After booking a service at a garage of their choice 1 month in advance turned up waited 2.5 hours only to be told service was not authorised despite the lease including a maintenance package. Garage also told me that a service was not undertaken the previous year.
Complaints team have not responded to any emails and on each occasion I call the Complaint Handler is busy / away from desk and despite the promise of call backs within 48 hours nothing has been heard for more than 2 weeks . I have phoned on at least 7 separate occasions and emailed 4 or 5 times. Manager Escalations faces the same issues and still yet to have anyone respond to my request for call back and discussions.
Out of the blue a lady called back from Drivalia (Complaints are handled by CA Finance) saying she believes I'd had trouble booking a service ...offered to do this for me , I gave dates and 5 days on she has yet to come back to me again.
Drivalia and CA auto finance happy to allow potentially dangerous and unserviced vehicles to be driven by leaseholders (wonder if the same for Rentals ? ) breach their contract obligation and cause concern and suffering to leaseholders.
Absolute zero customer service and fraudulently misrepresenting vehicle histories by telling garages to merely reset service and oil change lights without undertaking the required work.
Want to extort further money by insisting that any complaints have an independent Scotia report which is totally unnecessary for the circumstances. However may well be required to prove that a vehicle hadnt been serviced correctly when the brakes fail or clutch give out etc..
Will definitely be approaching the FOS regarding their practices which also include failing to adhere to FCA Disp rules regarding complaint handling itself. 8 weeks have now passed , reluctant to drive vehicle or spend any money having it completed myself.
Updated sent a Final Response letter in which they have provided false information about what was undertaken , and no acknowledgement or apology for the lack of any responses , and overall extremely poor service

Sound financial clarity
I am buying my car at 72 years old for the first time at the end of a contract.Hanifa explained exactly what to do and explained 2 issues that I had that needed clarification.
She also gave me the email I needed to check my commission issues as I have not received any information from my dealership or anybody as to what if any commission was involved in new car contracts from 2007 to date.Helpful in every way.

Firstly, May I ask for your consent to know what you have mentioned in your email on your agreement. This is for us to refer to and will not be shared with any third parties.
I note you are not working and therefore not receiving income as you are self employed. May I ask if you currently have any source of income at all?
Whilst I acknowledge your request for a payment holiday, this is not something which we offer as we require a payment to be made each calendar month.
In additon to this, we are unable to offer reduced payments as we are unable to extend the term of the contract.
I do understand this is not an ideal situation, however, in this instance I would like to make you aware of some long term options such as selling the vehicle. Another option would include novating the vehicle into someone else's name if they wish to take the agreement on. This is subject to eligibility.

This email i ve received from this company after i told them i fall sick with some health issues! Be aware of thisncompany when u make a contract with them as they don t care about your health only about the money if it s hapend to have health problems wich are affecting your daily activities! They removed the review once and now will put the review back again so people to see and be aware of this company, i can proof the car have contract with them has been with issues from first day so i can take them to court and prove it! But the problems here is more about the health condotion not about the car but anyway just be aware of them as a finance company! Will put the review back again every time after they will remove it!

Disappointed Despite Perfect Payment History
I am very disappointed with the service. I made every payment on time for four years without a single missed or late payment. I expected that my good payment history would make it possible to refinance my car, but my request was declined.
Everything else with the finance agreement was fine, but this experience has left me disappointed. I believe loyal customers with a proven record of paying on time deserve better consideration.

Excellent customer service
I have called the customer service of CA Auto Finance today due to some questions regarding my agreement and I was connected very quickly to a professional adviser called Khalid, who explained me in detail all about , being italian nationality I was struggling to understand some of terminology and he basically helped me with examples to understand. That's amazing. Great job Khalid.

Terrible
Rewriting my review seen as CA auto finance appealed against the last one for naming an extremely unhelpful member of staff. They are fine with a Trust pilot review naming staff if the customer is saying something good but it makes no sense that they would ask for a review to be removed when naming a really unhelpful advisor - I hope the call gets listened to. Terrible service. Inconsistent information from different advisors. £114 of my money still missing since June. CA auto finance will reply to this publicly and say they will look into it and help but they never do reach out. If you have a problem it won't get resolved and you will have to make numerous phone calls and waste a huge amount of time. My issue is still unresolved and I have just given up. Can't wait for this agreement to be paid off.
