Efficient service, friendly staff and good value
After comparing a few window companies, we decided on Caddy Windows to replace 3 windows and a front door and were very pleased we used them. The surveyors and installers were all professional and easy to work with and the overall service was seamless. The installers were friendly, efficient and did a thorough clean up after they had finished. Overall a very good company.

Brilliant company…
The guys arrived exactly on time and were courteous, respectful and most of all tidy! We had no post installation clean up to do other than putting our curtains and blinds back up.
I would thoroughly recommend Caddy Windows to anyone looking for a hardworking, honest company.
As a postscript, we had Mark visit to install an anti lift device to the sliding patio door. He did the job with no fuss in 10 minutes.

Excellent Experience
We had a new stable style front door fitted today.
Firstly it was two weeks earlier than expected and the fitter arrived earlier than scheduled. He was polite, hard working, tidy and executed the whole job perfectly with exceptional attention to detail. Thank you Mike, we are delighted.

A great company
Our whole experience with caddy has been great. We had our entire house glazing replaced.
Mike was our fitter and he was superb - punctual, communicative and patient and kind with our 5 and 3 year olds!

Would highly recommend
Very happy with the new front door, above window and surround that has been supplied and fitted.
From the staff at the showroom to the fitter- everyone has been friendly, helpful and informative.
Having been let down by the fitters in previous companies for Windows, we wish to say what a great job has been done. The fitter spent a fair amount of time ensuring that the finish looked good outside and in.
Overall we would highly recommend

What a great service from the whole…
What a great service from the whole team. It’s a big purchase and so important to get it right. All the team I spoke to from the point of signing to installation has been great. Ben and his team (Sam and I think Charlie?!) really respectful and worked hard all day. Craig was amazing and helped to finalise all those little bits so it was 💯 great job from all of them. Proper job
All staff we have been engaged with have been professional and a pleasure to deal with. Two doors were fitted by Mike, who arrived at the stipulated time. Installed perfectly and tidied the site when completed. We would not hesitate to use Caddy Windows again and would recommend to others.

Great service - We had front (including two bays), upstairs & side windows + front door fitted in December.
This was the second time we used Caddy Windows last year for two of our family's houses.

Efficient and professional window installation
We recently had our windows installed by Caddy Windows, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dan and Jamie were amazing from the quotation side and were happy to answer my many questions! Very poor after care service
Very poor after care service
I contacted Caddy Windows to fit 9 PVC windows and 2 doors, February 2020. Initially everything seemed fine, but around December 2023 I started to see a lot of damp around the windows and doors. I contacted Caddy Windows January 2024 to ask them to have a look, and they told me the problem was my paint? Very disingenuous. Unsure of how internal paint could cause damp around the windows and doors. I had an Independent Property Surveyors who is a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to survey the windows and doors. Who found that the sealant around all my windows and doors had failed.
When I asked Caddy Windows to put it right, they refused saying that they only do a 12-month warranty on this, not the 10-year warranty in bold on their website.
The initial offer from Caddy Windows they would do the repairs at a cost to me for £240 and they would not reimburse me for the surveyor’s fee of £450.00.
Caddy Windows have queried the surveyors report implying that the report was not through and that there are other defects in the property causing the damp around the windows and doors. They have refused to take ownership of the problem.
I am now faced with having to pay a more reputable company to put this right and going through the court to get the money back from this unprofessional window company. Caddy Windows need to read and fully understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
From my experience I would not recommend this company, very poor after sales service and abdication of responsibility. Extremely disappointed.
