The ordering process and acknowledgement was very good, also I received the goods when expected.
My only disappointment was the in their acknowledgment of order it stated that I would receive email confirmation when the item had been dispatched, this did not happen. When I queried, I was told that the item would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. When you have paid for express delivery and state that confirmation is sent, it really does need to be done.
When the item was delivered it was left behind my car...I had asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour, not particularly good either.

Brilliant service. Cannon timer delivered next day. Timer not exactly the same but not rocket science to work out where the wires went. Took 2 hours to replace the old one. Would use this company again.

Tried to buy an item as advertised only to be told I would have to pay more than double on top. Unacceptable can they do this? They were quick to give a refund though,wonder why.

Part arrived as expected but it had been changed to the description shown on your parts list. It fitted anyway, but it was ordered and described as "blue shaft" and had a white shaft. Presumably, the part has been modified as it was labeled as "blue and white".
