Part was great but took four day to my part I ordered

I was delighted to get the spare part, but a bit disappointed it took a week to arrive.

I ordered a part which was displayed on their web site as in stock. Next day I had an email to say the part was not only out of stock but they had no idea when it would be delivered from their supplier. I cancelled the order and to be fair was very promptly refunded (hence the 3 stars)
A couple of days after my order was placed the part was still shown as in stock. This is clearly wasting people’s time

The service was good and the parts arrived in a reasonable time but the price and postage charges were excessive. I realise that the cost of these parts is high, in that this was the cheapest unit price that I could find on the but excessive profit seems to be being taken all the way through the process
