My thanks to Graham and staff of Caraselle Direct for the excellent service received from the initial phone call to the very prompt delivery of an absolute quality product. As I've been using these sticky rollers for a number of years I will continue to do and without hesitation highly recommend the Company and value for money product to everyone as total satisfaction is guaranteed!!

She was then extremely helpful in creating an order for me and arranging a quick delivery. Great product very helpful on the phone can always rely on you

I use clothes sticky roller for years and it was the best product I ever used!
You shouldn't change it! The paper is much thinner now and its not as sticky!

Despite providing clear instructions and confirmation of my address, the parcel was not delivered to the correct location.

On 16 July 2024, I found out my parcel was delivered to the wrong address on 10 July 2024 during a heavy rain period. It was left at someone else's property where cats often pee and sleep, not at my residential flat as expected. The property where it was delivered is someone else's private territory, not mine to go to. Despite this, the retailer directed me to access someone else's private property because "this is what our app shows," even though it did not match the address I provided when placing the order.

Customers should be cautious when reliability is expected.

Edit: I confirm I received my order from the company today [19/07/2024). Thank you for resending it promptly with an alternative shipper.

I have just received my latest order from Caraselle which I have been using for well over 16 years. They truly have the best pet hair remover rollers on the market and with all the long haired cats I have had over the years I know from my personal experience.

From ordering to receiving the order was only 48 hours and I was kept up to date with delivery. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough.
