So pleased to have found this site
So pleased to have found this site. I was notified the
parcel was despatched on the Wednesday [the 13th] and I somehow expected it to arrive on Saturday the 16th, but it arrived the following Monday, [the 18th], so, not too bad.
Rather cursory packing, grey plastic bag, which I managed to open without tearing...just, having to be extra careful.....so could re-use rather then it just going straight into landfill, as it might do with many customers; torn label/receipt inside. I mostly buy from independent makers on-line, so more used to, 'Thank you for your custom, hope you enjoy your product...' sort of thing. But, got what I needed, even if, in more plastic bags......

Quality pet hair rollers.
Have been buying pet hair roller refills for years now and I can say with confidence that these are the best on the market.
As expected from a quality product, the ordering and delivery were up to Caraselle's high standards.

Misled and disappointed, and you are possibly in contravention of the law...
1. I emailed the check the size of the acana moth killer bottle and was told in the email reply that it is 500 ml.
But when the package arrived, I find that it is only 275 ml.
2. "hy isn't the number of ml shown on the website anyway, so customers don't have to email to find out - and be misled?
3. I thought it is a legal requirement to show such quantities in sales material, whether in print or on websites?
