I recently purchased one of the kits and unfortunately the parcel had been accidentally delivered to the wrong address as proof of delivery was not my door.
Despite best efforts we haven’t been able to locate the door and I contacted the Caroline Hirons team who advised they would investigate the issue and within 1 working day immediately sorted out a new kit to be delivered. These kits are always sold out so I am super pleased how it was handled by the team and resolved quickly despite it not being their fault.

Caroline Hirons is the goddess of skin care. Her products are amazing and her kits always contain brilliant products saving you so much money. So recommend this fabulous company 👏🏻

As always the Hirons experience was amazing! I love that I use Skin Rocks and at 52 have amazing skin not just because of the products bit I've learned so much about my skin from Caroline and know the Kit will be amazing to because of her expertise and I haven’t been disappointed by one yet and they mix with SR products perfectly. Truly grateful!

I was so looking forward to trying her products, having followed her reviews on other products for a long time.
I have purchased the Antioxidant, the Retinoid 2 and the Light Moisturiser and have been disappointed with all of them.
I found the Antioxidant made my skin so shiny that I could only use it at night which kind of defeats the purpose as it's supposed to protect against damage from the sun!
The Retinoid 2 was meh - no improvement in my skin texture or tone and it smelt weird. After a while I got used to the smell, but it wasn't pleasant as it smelt a bit like stale vomit to begin with (sorry, just being honest for those who have a sensitivity to smell).
The Light Moisturiser was ok, but still left my skin with a sheen which is not what I want. I have oily, combination skin and the last thing I want from a moisturiser is something that adds to the shine that I will inevitably get during the day anyway.
Sorry to say this, but the price point and the efficacy of the products left me feeling utterly disappointed and I won't be repurchasing. It's such a shame for someone who prides herself on her product knowhow.
