Firstly we completely accept this is an horrendous experience and error you have received, the fault originated with one of our third party payment providers who confirmed that an issue had occurred at banking level, we have been assured that all duplicated transactions have been refunded.
There might still be some processing time for this.
I just want to acknowledge how seriously we take this kind of error at CasinoFriday even if the error is with a third party provider. To confirm we have been assured that all duplicate transaction have already been refunded.

I would be very hesitant to take part in any offers by this casino . Unfortunately I was excited to accept the promotional offer of a No stickey bonus wich was to be 100 percent match . My first deposit was 100 dollars and I did not receive my match bonus . Had a very long discussion to be told the promotion did not start until 4pm the day of the promotion and this is all June 25th 2024 .
I deposited again for 100 dollars at 6:25 pm same day of promotion June 25 2024 and nothing no match bonus nor any assistance with the Casino to rectify the situation. I strongly urge online players to not play at Casino Friday and I will be sending my emails correspondence and deposit information to the online fraud department 200 dollars isn't a lot of money to many people but I thought I was engaging in a good promotion to wich I was completely not honored via what I had signed up for today my try at a little fun is over and very unhappily the correspondsnce ive received is absurd and every response referse to a small little bonus the offer all the time for half a cent lol blatant excuses with no credibility and non related to the email promotion at all. I won 500$ the other day and it's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten my money, today they randomly decided to cancel my withdrawal request without any reasoning and the best part is that they take a cut of what you are trying to withdraw.
