George came to fix my sofa. He had contacted me the day before to let me know when he would arrive so I was prepared. I was impressed that he had taken the time to read my notes during the booking stages, because I did not have to ask him to take his shoes off because he already knew from reading the notes. He was so quick in fixing my sofa cushion, and it looked as good as new. I was so happy that nothing had to be taken away or replaced and that George could fix the problem then and there. I wish all work people visiting my house could be as courteous, friendly and helpful as him. Such a professional manner. Thank you George!

Your technician was very well mannered, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what was wrong, fixed the defect.

We had advance warning of the time of the technician's visit and he duly turned up when stated. He was pleasant and professional.

Service was required on my elderly mother's riser chair on which she is highly dependent. The service person (Glen) was friendly, efficient, and ensured the chair was working correctly before he left. He also helped my mother get out of a regular chair (which she cannot do on her own) and safely into her riser chair before leaving.

The Engineer was well prepared. Took care to protect the carpets. Cleaned everything after he had finished. He checked the chair. Replaced a unit and then fully checked the chair to see it was fully working. He was polite, helpful and informative.

Your repair man Carl came at the arranged time (he texted me first) and although he couldn’t complete the repair he did make the chairs reclining feature useable. We are now awaiting a further appointment via SCS.
