The most shocking service I have received - waiting since December last year for a repair, having purchased insurance for my sofa - finally after chasing and chasing with no proactive updates I was given a date for today with a time a slot this evening - again, no communication and as I expected no one turned up! They say they called, they lie, they say they will communicate and they don’t - a wasted evening sat waiting for what I knew deep down inside was going to be a no show - diabolical

Absolutely amazing service from Stuart P today. So professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to sort out a few issues with our brand new sofa which had been delivered by a very incompetent delivery company leading to incorrect assembly and dirty marks.
I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The mark has completely gone and the feet now assembled correctly. The communication from start to finish has been second to none! Stuart was superb! Highly recommend!

The guy who attended to fix my chair was professional, knowledgable and carried out the repair with no fuss. The team who handled the repair were eager to get the job done from the word go. All calls were handled promptly and professionally. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Your technician turned up with Stanley knife and large pair of scissors said he had fixed the zip. When he left I went and checked and the zip was burst wide open. He also said to John Lewis that it was fixed. I took it to a local upholstery business who fixed no problem it cost me £40

I have had a problem with my sofa and I have had it repaired in matter or 2 days thanks to Castellan insurance policy

The gentleman who came to inspect my furniture was very professional, polite but friendly, there was no mess and the repair was made without any fuss or bother,I was very impressed.

The gentleman that visited my house to assess my broken armchair was brilliant. Id only had my Next chair for 5 months and it broke. He quickly found the problem and worked well to get it fixed for me. He was polite, helpful and tidy. Very happy with everything and my chair is now repaired

The engineer who called to check sofa was very helpful and knowledgeable on leather and how it settled with reclining seating
He was as helpful as he possibly could but we were still unhappy that the leather had stretched and looked like the sofa was a few years old and not just 2 Months old

Andrew was punctual, friendly and professional. He immediately saw what the issue was, repaired it quickly and left my sofa looking as good as new. I was very pleased with the service.
