Our repairer “David” messaged the evening before my appointment with a 2 hour time slot. He arrived at the beginning of the appointment slot. David was a lovely person, very friendly and professional. His repair work to my chair was outstanding. Very impressed all round

The engineer who turned up was very helpful and polite. However the original engineer didn't turn up on the previous Saturday as his other jobs had pushed him behind. We rearranged our plans to be available on the Saturday as we didn't want to receive a fine for not being in when he arrived.

Promptly contacted us about an appointment came within the times promised fixed the problem checked everything before he left David was very helpful polite and knowledgeable about our problems and fitted the new lead.

Stop wasting peoples time

The technician was on time and very respectful. He repaired our sofa to a good standard although it wasn't like for like.

The man who came to do the work was excellent and greatly efficient at fitting the new cushions.

Patrick arrived on time and set about repairing my chair straight away. He was a nice polite chap and explained to me what he had done. He cleaned up after he had finished and my chair is working well again.Thank you to the after care team and well done to all.

The most shocking service I have received - waiting since December last year for a repair, having purchased insurance for my sofa - finally after chasing and chasing with no proactive updates I was given a date for today with a time a slot this evening - again, no communication and as I expected no one turned up! They say they called, they lie, they say they will communicate and they don’t - a wasted evening sat waiting for what I knew deep down inside was going to be a no show - diabolical

Absolutely amazing service from Stuart P today. So professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to sort out a few issues with our brand new sofa which had been delivered by a very incompetent delivery company leading to incorrect assembly and dirty marks.
I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The mark has completely gone and the feet now assembled correctly. The communication from start to finish has been second to none! Stuart was superb! Highly recommend!
