Hi, I love the product. Genuinely premium. I would like more info on estimated completion of order when ordering. No timelines or estimates are quoted. I now have a due date over month away, which is ok. I guess it’s hard to map production schedules to website estimates, but ideally would provide estimate and when customers try and hold to that date, explain to them what the word estimate means

Brochure was so great! Arrived so quick too.

Madison, my sales consultant, was fantastic. She carefully explained to me the various choices and PATIENTLY answered my thousand questions! Working up 8 different options, we walked through the pros & cons before finally settling on our choice. From start to finish just a great experience having Castrads radiators fitted in our house, now twice. What made all the difference was asking Stamford Radiators to do the install (again now twice). Matt & Tom from Stamford Rads were meticulous and reassuring throughout. Made what could easily have been a super stressful experience into a smooth and easy few days. Highly recommended.

Communication and resolution of queries was quick. However, unless delivery is directly to your front door and without assistance, you will be expected to pay additional charges depending, which are £100s on top of the significant cost of purchasing the radiators. For this reason, I have given 4 stars.

Prompt handling of order and quality product.

Initially I gave a poor review because of a delay of a catalog.
Castrads followed up stating holiday shipping cause some delays. They promised my catalog would be there the next day, and it was. They followed up again to see if they could answer any question or help in anyway. All indications point to a customer centered and responsive company.
