My moving experience with your movers…
My moving experience with your movers today was exceptional. The two gentlemen who moved me were fast, efficient, polite and courteous even completing the job with as little time as possible.
I highly recommend them for any future jobs they're on as this was done during peak traffic.

The move went well, I had a few boxes, a desk and a large chair. I’ve packed everything, the guys only carried and drive it. They were very efficient and managed to get everything done within the hour. Happy to recommend CBD movers to others as well!

We had a fantastic experience with our removalists. They made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. The team was friendly, professional, and took great care with our belongings throughout the move. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked efficiently with a positive attitude from start to finish. We really appreciated all their hard work and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and genuinely nice guys to help with their move. Thank you!

Nor happy,
I booked a pick up for a 2:00 pm appointment and was assured that I would receive a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival.
At 1:45 pm, I called the office to confirm everything was on schedule. At 1:30 pm, having still not received the promised call, I phoned again and was told the team was on their way. By 2:45 pm, no one had arrived, so I called a third time and was again told they were going to be there at 4:00 pm and would call me before arriving.
I received no update until around 4:45 pm, when I was told they were only 10 minutes away. They eventually arrived at approximately 5:52 pm, almost four hours after the scheduled appointment.
When I questioned why they hadn't honoured the agreed arrival time or provided the promised courtesy calls, the delay was blamed on the contractors. As a customer, I don't believe that's an acceptable excuse, as my booking was with the company.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Communication was poor, the appointment was significantly delayed, and I felt my time was not respected. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to avoid paying a deposit until you are confident they will deliver the service as promised.
