First two visits to this practice
First two visits to this practice. Friendly staff who took the time to explain all the procedures prior to action and asked for my input also, which I appreciated. Like the yearly plan which helps with the cost and ease of access as it is part of the supermarket- parking is not a problem, great.

I visited Centre for Dentistry as an emergency
I visited Centre for Dentistry over a weekend with terrible toothache caused by work from my own dentist. I received great advice followed by the course of treatment I chose. In my case this was an extraction. Stefano was gentle and reassuring as was his assistant. I am now free of pain, and of the tooth that caused it. Would highly recommend, especially if you, like me, are somewhat nervous at the dentist.

Great service
As an international student, I was scared at first but the staffs ensured that I was comfortable despite being in pain. I got my appointment on the same day and the dentist was very nice.
I would definitely recommend the Centre for Dentistry!

A very professional, thorough and very pleasant dentist. This is my 2nd visit and on both occasions I have recieved excellent service and treatment, so highly recommended.

Miscommunication from staff about prices
We were told on the phone that the £60 appointment fee also included emergency treatment which it did not. I told them my filling behind my front two teeth had come out over the phone and was told this would be covered.
Turns out it wasn’t and the dentist charged us £60 to repeat back to me that my filling had come out.

Depending on the appointment length or issue, we are not always able to carry out full treatment in that appointment. Regarding cost, a non-registered emergency appointment costs £60 for the dentist to look at the particular area and any treatment carried out is chargeable in addition, as per the prices outlined on our website. I have visited the centre for Dentistry…
I have visited the centre for Dentistry several times both in Harrogate and Wakefield and I can honestly say the customer service and treatment I have had have been excellent. I took my mother a few months ago to have treatment and she was delighted with the result of a long term dental problem she had that other dentists could not fix. I would highly recommend them and very reasonably priced for a private dentist.

I used this dentist for about a year, i had a problem whereby i broke a tooth that was a veneer but had broken my tooth underneath now also.
Firstly i called receptionist to book an appointment, i was told that i could not get an appointment for about a wk. I explained what had happened an asked it i could be seen sooner she said no. I said what could i use im the meantime to maybe fix tooth back in. She said toothpaste. Clearly being sarcastic. After i had appointment and had tooth fixed, i said to dentist can i clean it later of should i wait a day or two. She said "Dentures don't ever need cleaning" She was a highly qualified dentist, i was speechless

Ouch
The dentist was pleasant however he was so rough he caused swelling in my cheek and bruising that has so far lasted 2 weeks.
And in addition £200 to replace a lost filling was also a little steep.
I will not be returning

I used this Dental practice when i…
I used this Dental practice when i needed an emergency tooth extraction. Turns out it was a bad Wisdom tooth Hence the pain i had. I got a Saturday appointment even though i rang them at 9 am i was seen too by 12:30 same day was happy to say the least. The painkillers had stopped working and i was desperate. Very nice service from start to end. I would, if needed again book to go there again. Definitely over the other local choices in the area that are NHS reviews says it all. I would use and recommend this dentist
