very pleasant experience, all things considered. much better than previous dentist. it is a very personal place and they are willing to talk you through everything so you understand what is happening. wouldn't consider anywhere else since I have been to this dentist. this was a Bristol branch

Excellent service.
I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work I had done. Dr Khan was amazing considering I was a nervous wreck when I first attended the dentist. She reassured me and talked me through everything I needed doing and whilst I was having it done. I feel I can now attend the dentist without being so nervous and feeling so sick. I appreciate everything she has done for me and can not thank her enough.

Lucas is the perfect dentist for people with phobias!
Having spent my adult life avoiding dentists because of my phobia, I was forced to go a couple of years ago when a chunk of my tooth fell off. As terrifying as that was - and I'm still a long, long way from being at ease when going - I couldn't have chosen a better practice.
All staff make a conscious effort to ease the nerves, but Lucas has been particularly great with me in all of my check-ups and with any treatment I've had to have. His calm and patient nature is exactly what I need, and he takes the time to talk me through all aspects of anything that he has to do.
The most important thing for me though is that Lucas seems to recognise when I'm getting overly anxious and he'll pause to explain what he's doing and why. He's never frustrated by my nervous disposition and he is methodical in his work. All of the work Lucas has done for me has been great and I've never had any issues following any treatment.
For anyone looking for a kind, patient and excellent dentist then you should definitely book in with Lucas!

Not thorough, been worrying ever since
Felt that my appointment was rather rushed. No teeth checked and it was rather a sales pitch. My check up was only 7 mins when appointment was for 30 mins. Had to wait a further 20 mins for my appointment with Paige who was thorough as always.

Friendly, relaxed, helped calm my nerves
Moved to this dentist after not being for years, mostly out of fear.
Nice relaxed atmosphere, easy to book appointments. The dentist explained clearly what treatment I required and was really professional and friendly. Kept my nerves at ease and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

Superb dentist. Highly recommend.
As soon as you enter the surgery, everyone is friendly & cheerful and full over themselves to help, then you go in to see the dentist
(I should add, I'm the biggest coward going, when visiting a dentist) but not since visiting this one, you are made to feel at ease straight away, everything is explained, you can stop any treatment at any time by raising your hand. Honestly can not recommend enough the best dentist ever, would not go anywhere else.
