Charlotte was really helpful while we were looking to buy our first property. She was efficient, responsive, and always easy to deal with throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Banbury just poor service all round. We had to find out 1. That our chain had broken 2. Our Sales Progressor had been replaced & 3. Our purchaser was threatening to pull out from our chain - ALL from other Estate agents working along the chain! When our chain did reattach (at the bottom) the new buyer couldn't afford the full price so Chancellors came to us to cover the full £8k deficit rather than (as I suggested & was later agreed) everyone along the chain sharing the loss by reducing £2k each! When things got really messy & very stressful with our sale, we had to rely on the estate agent of our sellers to keep us informed of what was going on! Unfortunately Chancellors for us were lacking in Competence, communication & trustworthiness. One thing Chancellors is good at are excuses eg. the girl that was going to inform us that our chain had broken was going to call us but she'd had to go out & get some lunch! (I kid you not!). It saddens me to say this but I would not recommend using Chancellors Banbury nor their (awful) associate conveyancing firm Convey Law! Avoid. Now the excuses...

Honestly couldn't be more pleased with the service we have had from Chancellors - in particular Amarjit. We started our journey with a different estate agent which was a bit of a non starter. Amarjit came to see us, immediately understood our move goals, moved quickly, backed our corner and pushed for results. There have been various bumps in the road which have made this process difficult but with chancellors support we felt more at ease. I would also like to mention the amazing service that Kathy provided along the way - both ladies were strong, professional and empathetic to our situation - I wouldn't have been able to do this without them. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, we can finally give our little boy the life he deserves in a bigger house with a garden and his own bedroom. I will always recommend Chancellors to anyone looking to move and I would certainly use them again (hopefully not soon - no offense!)
