Kallee was lovely, professional and a great person to greet us and show us around the property. She was on time (which we found most estate agents are not). She made us all feel at ease straight away and even warned us of the Pets in the property. Thanks so much and keep up the good work even if the property was not right for us, I would be happy to use company again as all are polite and very helpful.

From listing to offer Chancellors were brilliant but then the team we dealing with just vanished and calls went unanswered, promises of calls back never happened. Very frustrating and time consuming. Alex and Benjamin have been parachuted in and put in the effort and hours to get our sale over the line so thanks to them.

There has been a turnaround in the branch with Alexander coming in. There is now direction and professionalism that he has brought in. He had a good knowledge of the market and understanding of peoples needs.

Prompt response and honest straight talking valuation and advice. The marketing, photography and videos on our house were thoughtful and beautifully presented. We were impressed with the quality.

Beware!!! Avoid Chancellors property management at all cost. It's a bad joke, you will most probably regret it. Their so-called property management has been a nightmare for everybody involved: our tenants, private contractors we have used and ourselves as landlords. The level of service has been extremely poor. Among others, missed invoices, no response whatsoever and a constant inability to solve the simplest problems that are a natural part of property management. We have been forced to manage the property ourselves almost from the start. In other words, we do all the work despite paying Chancellors a monthly management fee in the hundreds of pounds. Despite innumerable complaints nothing has changed. Furthermore, Chancellors are linked to PRS to whom we made an official complaint. Despite the evidence presented and the fact that no one wants to deal with Chancellors property management, we were offered a measly £100 due to alleged ‘lack of evidence’. We are deeply disappointed and embarrassed on behalf of both Chancellors property management and PRS. Shame on you!

Chancellors are currently selling a property for me and I have been impressed with the Negotiator, Kirstie, whose friendly, confident manner I have found reassuring in handling important issues.

Listening to our needs she very quickly made arrangements for us for a viewing as well as a valuation and her quick action was coupled with great communication. I chose Chancellors to both manage the rental of my property and the sale. I have never experienced a more incompetent company in all my years of business and personal dealings. They sway from incompetent to fraudulent through the tenure. On the lettings side, they twice got candidates, took the property off the market and twice the candidate dropped out. On both occasions Chancellors 'forgot' to take a holding deposit and I effectively lost at least two months rental income. My biggest mistake was not getting out at this point. About six months in was the first time the rent wasn't collected, we went two months without rent and Chancellors reaction was appalling with no obvious or viable attempt to claim the rent. Eventually the tenant corrected themselves with no action from Chancellors. Then the tenants wanted some home improvements and stopped paying rent. This got up to four months behind and again Chancellors were both unwilling and unprepared for someone not paying rent. The highest exaction Chancellors could offer was sending an email to the tenants. They even refused to see me as they worked from home and it wasn't convenient. When I finally agreed to the home improvements, Chancellors failed to get the builder in place, the Tennant now didn't have time for improvements and still no rent paid. Chancellors sent another email, this time strongly worded. It didn't work. At this time I lost all patience and decided to sell the property. The home improvements were knocked off the price of the property on Chancellors advice and then the rent would be paid. I sold for less money the rent was never collected. Chancellors without any authority, in fact explicitly told not to give up the security deposit gave the deposit to either the new owners or the tenant, I'm still not sure which as apparently data protection says they can't tell me. The tenants then moved out with the deposit in their pocket, two months unpaid rent and recommendation from Chancellors as great tenants and no blemish on the credit history. My warning to anyone who has managed to read this far do not trust Chancellors, they don't care who they put in your property, they have no power or will to actually help you. The only thing they were very good at was collecting their fee. This was never missed.
This is only a sample of the hideous nature of my dealings with Chancellors. The lies, mis-management and incompetence was a daily occurrence, sadly I had to speak to them daily to manage my property.

Despite paying hundreds of pounds in letting and management fees, Chancellors' management property service has been poor and unreliable. Keep away from it. You will end up doing the job for them while paying nonsense money.

We have had the pleasure of having Kate assist us with a couple of our moves. We have always found her to be extremely professional and great at what she does. Kate is not your typical Estate Agent representative. She really is a breath of fresh air, and we wish there were more individuals like her in this industry.

Kate always goes out of her way to ensure that the customers (both tenants and landlords) are happy throughout the whole process and nothing is too much trouble for her. She ensures everything has been covered and you are left with the feeling that you are her top priority, despite her having several other clients/tasks ongoing at the same time.

She really is a super star and we would definitely recommend Kate Coltman to all our friends and family.

Elizabeth Colvin-Scott, at the Sunningdale office, is a true professional. The estate agent is acting for the seller but, as buyers, we felt that Elizabeth took the time and trouble to clearly present our offer and position to the seller in a timely manner, she kept us updated at all times and was always available. Elizabeth has definitely helped facilitate our purchase.

Elizabeth has been an absolute delight to deal with. Professional, courteous, and personable. Elizabeth has handled all my enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. I'm sure all parties concerned feel in safe hands.

One irritating fact was whenever I called the Sunningdale branch, I automatically got through to Ascot…. apparently the same number!
