Jake has been most professional in his work .He has been just perfect in his timing .We’ve had a breathing space after the viewing which was sensible and not pushy .Jake has given us an update on our viewing and immediately contacted us with any change which is most appreciated.

My partner and I had been searching for a property for a while. We had become quite frustrated in dealing with estates agents, until meeting Steven and Bea at Chancellors in Woodstock. They have been incredibly helpful not only at the start in ensuring our offer was accepted but throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, our solicitors were not very proactive and their communication lacked, however both Steven and Bea were always available to chase them and the seller up. They worked meticulously with us and I can honestly say that without them, this would have been unbearably stressful. Thank you to you both! Davide.

Steve has been really helpful, he's been very proactive at keeping on top of the detail and keeping everyone in the loop. I've really appreciated that he is great at returning calls and emails promptly and he's really straightforward to deal with, great customer service.

I have been dealing with Lynette and Steven and the service we've received has been impeccable. We are first time buyers and they've not been pushy or rushing us through the process. They have both been incredibly helpful - calling to give advice on the surrounding area of where we're buying, giving advice and so on.
