I am very happy with my purchase my grandson absolutely loved it

Ordered a stitch onesie for myself I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, it's gonna be a godsend by winter time. Lovely and soft on the outside and inside. Not too thick. Plenty of room too! Only downside is think the hood could've been bigger but it's a fab item anyway. Cuffs on wrist and ankles too to keep you cosy. Delivery was smooth. Regular updates..would recommend

I've ordered a few times from Character and never had any issues. This time I had a sight problem, but it was sorted straight away.

The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering/checkout process simple to use.
My order was dispatched swiftly and arrived only a couple of days after ordering.
Unfortunately, one of the items was the wrong size (age 14) in the right sized bag (age 12). I contacted customer services, who replied quickly and offered to send a replacement. This arrived the next day, along with a pre-paid return bag to send the incorrect item back. This didn't need to be taken to a post office, either, just popped in a postbox, which was much more convenient.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the customer services team, and the company as a whole.

If you've not ordered from Character before, give them a go. The clothes are good quailty (I usually order a size up for my son) and if you do have an issue, the friendly customer services will help you out :)

Quick delivery and very pleased with all the items. I purchased some Star Was themed clothes for my great grandson and the size and quality was just great.

Delivery was incredibly quick and the products are brilliant quality. Very good value too.

It arrived very quickly. It was however very large for the the size.

These Bluey and Bingo Crocks were bought as a gift for my Granddaughter. The absolute delight on her face was just the best..... and to say the least, she wouldn't wear any other shoes the whole week. Loves them

Der Bademantel ist sehr schön. Er sollte eigentlich das Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Sohn sein, der am 13. Mai Geburtstag hatte. Leider kam die Bestellung, die ich bereits am 3. Mai aufgegeben hatte, erst am 14. Mai an, obwohl bei der Bestellung eine Lieferzeit von 3-5 Werktagen angegeben war. Mein Sohn musste seinen Geburtstag daher leider ohne Geschenk feiern. Das ist wirklich sehr schade.
