I booked a reservation online through their website and got a message that your revelation has not been confirmed but will be shortly message. About 4 hours letter I got an email in Spanish (I don't speak Spanish), however, it did have a phone number to call. I called them and they told me the rate was no longer valid but they could book me a flight for double the price. It felt very shady and like it was a bait and switch. I canceled my reservation and will be booking elsewhere.

Juan Carlos was amazing! He was able to help me as much as he could. Even though there were some issues at the beginning of the reservation he did as much as he could to help me, he gave his best. Much appreciated and excellent customer service!
