I've been with this app for a few years now and have made over £350.00 from it with either low priced items or totally free. It's an easy to use app, good graphics and prompt responses for any help. This is invaluable for my budget and has been instrumental in helping me trial new foods, some of which I've stuck with.

Love this app been using a couple of years never had any problems so far had nearly £300 cash back. Really easy to use

ONLY BUY WHAT YOU WOULD BUY ANYWAY.

That is the simplest advice I can give. They frequently do not honour the offers and if you contact them you never hear more than their automated response saying they will be in contact 'soon'. Basically, if there is an item listed that you would have bought without the app then buy it, and you MIGHT get some money back. But don't buy things because they are on the app. Learnt that the hard way now.

Actually the simplest advice I can give is use shopmium. Much smaller selection of offers, but actually paid out every time to date. Plus none of this save up to £20 or pay a fee rubbish. Put in a claim and it hits your account in a couple of days, even if it's pennys.

Customer service is rubbish. Too my rejected receipts. Takes far longer than the 10days they tell you it takes to get my payment.

Shopmium is far better.

Blocked my account when i was due large payout and refused to tell me what the problem was.Very poor show

They cancelled my account when I claimed £22 that I built up over a few weeks. They claimed that I’d breached their user agreement, but refused to explain how. I had all the receipts to prove my claims and would have been happy to forward the originals except they were not willing to give me any opportunity to show I had done nothing wrong.

I've used this website for several years and have been extremely pleased by the benefits which I have gained by using it: I've had almost £500 cashback as a result of the reductions offered by the site along with many totally Free items!
I check it daily and I make it a point to tell anyone who will listen about it as I think everyone should have a chance to save money on their shopping.

I've used this app for a couple of years now and have only ever had 1 or 2 small issues with it, all of which customer services sorted oyf immediately. I have saved such a huge amount on my shopping and got to try many new items for free. Some apps pay you to your bank account aytomatically when your purchase is apprived but with Checkoutsmart you have to earn £20 to withdraw fee free. But the types and amount of offers at a large range of supermarkets make this a firm favourite!

Absolutely fantastic. Pays out sometimes within seconds, other times might take a few hours, not days/weeks like other cashback sites.

I love Checkoutsmart, its easy to use, they are also quite quick at checking the uploaded receipt to work out if you have the evidence required to claim the cashback, even if you don't buy anything that is eligible for cashback you can still upload your receipt and enter it into a draw, loads of people probably do this, but I won once!, and that was £10 for a minute or two of my time and effort, I cant complain, just make sure you go for the exact product, size, flavour, deal, number to buy, then accrue £20 or more before cashing out to avoid a fee!. My usual way of using the website is to look at it on the desktop or mobile (I don't use the app) then I look for things I might like and add them to what I am going to buy, or sometimes I make a special trip to buy it or them.

Great cashback for very little effort! I use it a lot and the savings add up!

It’s amazing how the cash back so quickly mounts up. I’ve just claimed back over £100. I’ve been using the Checkoutsmrt for some years now and it’s so easy to use. A marvellous way to try so many products discounted prices and often completely free. My recommendation would be to give it a try as you have nothing to lose and much to gain.

Costs me more money rather than save me money. Too many claims get declined and others ending sooner than the original date. If you do use this I highly recommend checking the offer just before paying. I won't be using anymore it's too much hard work and I lost too much money.

Should have looked at reviews before trying, as usual good idea spoilt by poor app, customer service and just downright deceitfullness.

Receipt rejected as not showing date and time, double sided so uploaded other side, rejected again for being incomplete. Seems you need to have a single reflex DLR and professional lighting to satisfy them. Anyhow will not continue, life is too short to quibble over each receipt.

Becoming difficult to upload receipts especially larger A4 size. Some online stores do not provide the smaller receipts.
Unresolved the last time with customer service.
Lost the reimbursement.

Not sure what the people with issues with submitting photos are doing wrong to be honest, because I've had no issues whatsoever! Not yet got to the £20 cashback point where withdrawing doesn't incur a fee (5%) but it's been hassle free with a wide range of vouchers.

Only problem has been trying to find some of the items in the stores, even the large megastores seem to have sold out or not stock the items on the app. However the few items I have found and been able to redeem via the app have been interesting and new for me.

Great app. I've had some issues but the customer service was super helpful. Great way to try out new products for free or half price. Saved loads of money

I've had a great experience with Checkoutsmart, they have some very nice offers and quite a few free items, including booze. Taking a photo of receipt is quite easy and the cashback gets awarded very quickly.
