I recently purchased the Cheerble D1 Pro fountain. It worked great for 2 weeks but then it randomly stopped. It was making a noise that sounded like the impeller was trying to spin but couldn’t and no water would flow through. I reached out to the company via the chat option on their website. They were quick to respond with some trouble shooting instructions. When that didn’t work, they were quick to offer me a full refund that I got back on my credit card in about 4 days. I understand sometimes products malfunction and it’s possible to get a lemon. I’m not upset about it as these things happen. But the company kindly and promptly took care of the issue. I really loved the set up of the fountain and how easy it is to clean. The base with electrical components is completely separate so it’s super easy to unsnap the top to refill and clean. I love that there is no submerged pump! I plan to purchase another D1 Pro next week through the Cheerble store on Amazon to get quicker shipping. I have their E1 Lite fountain in my bedroom for the cats and I absolutely love that one too! I plan on putting one in every room of my house for my cats. Highly recommend these fountains!

The E1+ Fountain is the best. No pump means less issues to deal with. I love that I can charge these to use wireless and put it anywhere in my home so I can move my 2 fountains as often as I want to. I got my two fountains when they were still crowdsourcing at the very beginning and both are still working exactly as they did day 1!

The elfin fountain is one of the best drinking fountains for your pets, my cat drinks from it more than any other water source and it's safer than many other fountains where the pump is connected to a mains electric supply.
I contacted CS about the spout becoming discoloured due to hard water in my area and they were very helpful in getting a replacement to me 5 stars all round.

Great experience. My order arrived quickly within one week and I could track the item with the link provided. I needed to contact customer services and they replied within 24 hours. I would recommend Cheerble and their great range of pet friendly products.

An ingenuity of Cheerble fountain can be appreciated both by my cat for it's flow of water everytime the cat passes by or just in timely manner to remind him of his water intake and by me for how simple the maintenance is.

Purchased the Wicked Ball PE, it’s a great interactive dog toy. Quite sturdy and easy to clean; though my dog can still sink his teeth in to pick it up and carry it around. Multiple settings to suit your dogs play personality. I love it.

I have gotten at least 4 different variations of the Cheerble Wicked Ball for my overactive dog, Sadie. She absolutely loves them and it's one of the only toys that will tire her out without having to involve me the entire time.

I've interacted with the customer service there a handful of times as well with questions about parts etc. and they are always super helpful and I've never felt like they're trying to extract more money from me.

Highly recommend the Cheerble toys and the company as a whole. Great products and great people.

I’ve been using the Cheerble fountain for my cat for a few months now, and she loves it! Not only is she drinking water, but it’s easy to clean and quiet. The company is also extremely responsive, caring, and helpful if ever you need to get in touch. I can’t recommend them enough!

We purchased the Wicked Ball and Wicked Bone over a year ago, and our dog loves them. After about a year of use, the Wicked Bone started losing its Bluetooth connection intermittently. I reached out to Cheerble's customer service, and they were fantastic to work with — they quickly responded and walked me through some troubleshooting steps to try to fix the issue.
When troubleshooting didn't resolve it, they didn't hesitate to offer a replacement, even though the product was well past the point of purchase. I received a confirmation email with tracking info right away, and the replacement arrived and works perfectly.
It's rare these days to get this level of support for a product after a year of use. It really speaks to how much Cheerble stands behind their products. Highly recommend both the toys themselves and the company for backing them up.

Had a problem with a Cheerble pet drinking fountain and the team addressed the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction!

First of all... this is my dog's favorite toy! Even when the core is out to get charged she plays with it. The core encountered some weather, so I reached out to see if I could just get a replacement core. Nope... they are sending me a NEW REPLACEMENT CHEERBLE instead! Great customer service!

I've been using the Elfin D1 Pro for quite awhile now (I was a kickstarter backer) and my dogs and cats LOVE them! We have 4 of them and I cannot tell you how much I love not having to deal with a pump. It's super easy to clean and refill. We haven't had a single issue with any of them. My pets actually drink more because of the circulating water.

The Wickedbone has easily become one of my dog's favorite toys! As a young toy poodle, he needs a lot of mental stimulation, and the interactive timer mode really keeps him busy when I need to work, allowing me to focus in peace. The Wickedbone can move around uninterrupted for 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes when the interactive timer on the app is set, rolling gently on the floor. Highly recommended for any dog owners who need a small break from constantly needing to throw toys around while working from home :D

I had purchased a pumpless dog water fountain from this brand through Amazon and experienced some problems with the fountain pump system. I reached out to Cheerble's customer service for support with a copy of my purchase receipt and a short video of the malfunction and they were very responsive and accommodating. This experience gave me a great deal of confidence to purchase Cheerble products in the future.
