Great customer service! Very quick to respond

This is truly the best Cat fountain I have found… My cat loves it. I had a problem with my first one, but the customer service sent me a replacement one.
I actually think it was just the rechargeable cord and not the unit.
But nonetheless great customer service and this is an amazing cat fountain that requires very little upkeep. Never an issue with slime like my old pump one… This one has no pump and it’s brilliant in design. Please keep making these for years to come!

I love this product. My mini schnauzer is blind and this toy gives her such incredible mental and physical stimulation, she is exhausted after a few minutes and she is obsessed with it. The service from the team is exceptional, they respond to queries immediately and I couldn’t rate their service any higher. Thank you all, definitely get one of these, your floof will thank you!

Great products which my dogs love and EXCELLENT customer service. I had a query regarding some confusion around something. I asked a question on the website and very quickly I had a reply from a lovely lady named Elaine Chen. She solved my confusion immediately and helped me to fix a mistake I had made! I ordered the Wicked Ball PE and realized that the material was too hard for my dog. Additionally, if you have a small dog, it may be too heavy for them. I contacted the company to request a replacement with a different product. They kindly offered to send the new item free of charge and told me I didn’t need to return the original one, which I thought was an excellent solution.

I decided to give the Wicked Ball Rolly a try after seeing an ad. I can for sure say, it is the best dog toy I have ever bought.
The Wicked Ball Rolly stimulates my dogs for such a long time, they look forward to their play time with the Wicked Ball Rolly every day!
Every time we bring it out they get super excited and it occupies them for such a long time.

I purchased a wicked ball. Best cat toy, nothing better. The way it moves like a mouse along with the fast speed keeps,my cat entertained, she never gets bored. It malfunctioned after about a month but the customer service promptly shipped me a replacement. I also own an m3 cheerable ball, its worked fine for over a year. Sometimes I put it under a blanket or some brown wrapping paper to make an exciting game for the,cat.

Product arrived and my little Jack loves it, not indestructible , my little man got it cornered and you can guess the results. Cheerble replaced .

I bought the incorrect cables for my Wicked Ball SE and when I reached out to see about getting replacements, customer service was so quick to respond and help me out.

I purchased the Drinkie pet fountain in August 2021. I communicated with the company via email for 2 years trying get my refund of $126. As of today, I have not received my refund and the company no longer responds to my emails. Do not use this company since u will just be out your money.

My dog loves the Wickedbone toy. Our original one we bought had battery issue after one year of ownership and light play where it would not charge or turn on. We reached out to support and they were very accommodating even though it was past the warranty period and we received a replacement without any resistance. Really appreciated the outcome of the resolution.

I support this brand - great quality pet toys and the customer service was above par. Both are not easy to find these days! Would definitely purchase from Cheerble again.

Made a purchase a few weeks ago. Bought the wicked ball rolly and the wicked ball air. Both are exceptional dog toys with pros and cons. The wicked ball rolly is by far my dogs favourite with the cute little barks it voices and the spinning ropes and rolling around the house. It’s very stimulating so he can only use it for 15mins at a time. Battery life on the rolly is short, however not a problem as we only do short plays then put it back on charge. The quality of components is th best I’ve seen of any dog toy. The other reason we supervise and only allow short plays with the rolly is the rubber like coating on this compared the the wicked air is softer and not as dense so can be torn up easier. The wicked ball air is incredible quality but doesn’t have the cool bark feature like the rolly. Battery life is 4 times better than the rolly. This toy also has a dense outer shell that my dog has done zero damage to even unsupervised (note he’s a mini schnauzer) so it’s not all dogs proof. I love how the ball can go in to rest mode but can be reactivated back to play mode by moving it. I was surprised by the bounce it creates when active. It rolls around the room with plenty of power.
About my experience with the support team. They sent an email to offer a refer a friend with a discount link. Link glitched out and the support team have worked on a solution and been nothing short of amazing to deal with. Since I have purchased two more wicked ball rolly’s and three spare outer shells with the discount code as I am giving these as gifts to a close friend and one for the mother in law (both also have mini schnauzers) and a spare outer shell for them and one for us.

Can’t praise the product or company enough. Get around it

I have a 100lb labradoodle that loves ropes and playtime. I bought the wicked ball rolly as something that could entertain him while I'm working. The toy does great. He throws it up in the air and catches it, pulls it back after it runs away, and will bark at it when it starts making barking sounds. The usb-c connectivity makes it easy to charge without adding a new charger on the wall.

I received a gift of a snail toy that my cat loved but it wasn't working to charge! I reached out to Cheerble and even though I didn't have a receipt, they still are sending me a replacement. It has been a great customer service process and I felt like I was being listened to and that they cared about assisting. Would definitely buy from again!
