I ordered a 3 door wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets and there all excellent quality for the money.
the delivery men were very polite speedy and efficient
They arrived exactly on time and just got to it. lovely.

Really happy with the purchase of our TV cabinet
Really happy with the purchase of our extra large TV cabinet. Beautifully made and real quality. So good also it coming ready made.
The delivery service could has been better. We couldn't make the first date offered and then the second delivery attempt offered was a wait of 10 days but was cancelled by Chiltern Oak due to staff shortages so we then had a further wait another 3 day for delivery.

The Furniture was delivered with information on delivery accurate and timely. When the furniture was delivered the guys took it upstairs due to the weight. The packing was some of the best experienced, no risk of the smallest scratch.
I will defiantly look to Chiltern furniture when looking again

Poor customer service
Very expensive bedside tables arrived damaged. After an email chain they agreed to replace them. Big delay in item received compared to order date. No compensation offered

Really disappointed with the customer…
Really disappointed with the customer service so far. I ordered a blue bench on the 09/05/23 then was told on the 12/05/23 it was now out of stock. I requested it in white with a link to which one and was told they only had it in Ivory (which is the link I sent) I confirmed that is what I meant as was in the link on the 21st and asked for when it could be delivered and still haven't received a response.

I ordered two sideboards a small and a large one. Both arrived quicker than expected and the packaging was very secure so it meant no damage. The carcass isn’t as good quality as I imagined and the paint finish on the inside isn’t perfect but I would say you get value for money.
