A PAYMENT WAS SENT TO ME OVER HRS AGO NOW AND THE PERSON CLAIM HE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM HIM. WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVE SINCE HRS AGO NOW AND ITS VERY URGENT TO ME.

Their app has been mal functioning for a long time . My family and friends are suffering because I can't send to Zambia. It has been about 2 months now . I can't send money through Chipper Cash .

I use their USD card to pay for one of my subscriptions, and the results have been great so far. Granted their exchange rate is a little more expensive, but it hasn't failed the 2 times I've used it.

What I appreciate the most about them is their customer service. I experienced some issues setting up my account initially and funding my account the second time. Both issues were resolved within 24 hours of me sending them a DM on Twitter. Definitely makes me feel a whole lot safer using them.

Scammers this app log me out of my account after I deposit 50000 thousand Naira. I still complain to them they are telling me to uninstall and install back I did the Same nothing change. I regret using my information on this useless chipper app. Over 1week now

Chipper cash have stop customers to withdrawal their money but they will allow you to deposit more money this clearly shows they're are scammer because withdrawal is unavailable but Deposits is available this issue has been happening for More than one week now yet the issue hasn't been resolved the worst part is that their customer support gives fake information. This people will tell you that the withdrawal has been fixed yet if you try to withdraw you will still face the same challenge that you can't withdraw your money, when you reach out to them again they will tell you to uninstall and reinstall the chipper cash yet it will still not change anything so please be careful And don't ever make more Deposits to your chipper cash because they're scam let me them resolve the issue of withdrawal to proof they are legitimate.
Share this review till it spread round the world so that our people in other countries won't get scammed, And I will also write reviews in Google playstore and make sure to still comment on chipper cash Instagram and Facebook page and explain this issue as it is here if they don't restore the service of withdrawal so that people won't continue to get scammed.

Had an issue with refund from a merchant online, used my chippercash dollar card for the transaction. They sent the fund, contacted Chippercash customer service and they attended to me, making sure my refund request from the merchant was refunded into my dollar card. Thank you Chippercash customer service for that prompt response and resolvableness.

I created a card funded it but I can't use it. Very foolish people. So useless senseless. They should be banned from business.

This is beyond disgraceful.
One would expect that after repeated complaints about the frankly grotesque nature of this company's customer service, they would have some dignity to at least, fix that process.

I have NEVER suffered the misfortune of experiencing such horrible customer service in my life. These people need to do better. my God!

I created a card. The card did not work. it does not work anywhere. Not even on Apple music. i have been sending messages to these people and they keep responding with sound bites and pre-written nonsense. The last message that took the p*ss was when the customer service person told me the card would work on my apple music but not apple pay. The irritating nature of this response lies in the fact that i NEVER spoke about apple pay. i even made a VIDEO of myself adding this card to my apple ID and the video clearly showed it got declined. EVEN WITH A VIDEO ON A PHONE. This customer service person still responded and spoke to me about Apple pay.

Am starting not to trust this app they dont have a direct customer support and they have the worst time in reply even on email. becarefull untill they fix that u may wakeup when they are closed chances may be that its a long term scam so they should fix

Such a useless app. It’s a long term scam. It becomes a problem to withdraw soon as you make a big deposit. They don’t have any physical office in ghana or a customer care phone number, so you could wake up one day and all is gone. Support team takes hours to day to respond, and always have no solution for you.

I love the app, everything is so good and their customer service is really the best!
