Cigno Loans

How that this company's been found guilty. Do they have to pay back the people they took extra money from, cuz I got an letter stating they own me alot of money, from all the loans over the yrs. Now how does 1 get it back from them or is it automatically pay back. Interesting how I haven't heard anything else about it. Thanks

What an absolute DISGUSTING company to deal with. They owe me money from ripping people off from charging more than they should (Google it,it’s true) and through more than 50 attempts to contact them,and a legal company,they STILL WON’T REPLY.
Never,EVER DEAL WITH GIGNO.
It makes me sick what they did to me… A hard working,single father that they took for a ride. Can’t even pay me back a few hundred dollars that they STOLE FROM ME.

Do not use cigno loans,They are illegal they don't have a licence to lend money they took me to court and the court went in my favour squashed the loan and have to repay me ant payments I made after may.A very bad loan mob..

Got a 250 dollar loan end 2022 ended up paying back over 500 dollars 535 dollars exactly not a happy person

Got a $200 loan and ended up paying back over $1200

Took out a loan and after seeing all the extra fees etc stopped paying, cigno sent it through to a collections company where I paid off the balance, over a year after, cigno contacts me requesting payment for the balance (that was sent to collections) and have now started to try take direct debits where I'll simply call the bank and advise them not to honour any requests from them.

Cigno is a joke iv been getting 30 dollars taken out of my account for over a year now for a $200 loan and there still doing it they don't reply to emails and I also can't log in and they have taken over a 1000 dollars from me

So I got a loan. Paid it out to receive another loan. Second loan application was approved and they said funds will transfer then nothing. Cigno wouldn't reply to my emails nothing for weeks. Then they send me a notice that I had a loan 6 months prior to my first loan. Not my bank details someone else used there own name and bank details and cigno refuse to admit that someone there has approved a loan under my name but put the funds into someone else's account and expect me to be responsible for it. I didn't approve the loan or the other person the loan so why is it effecting me and my credit rating??? Not happy cigno

They have apparently become a "club rewards" site. No mention of loans or why they have stopped providing them.

I'd used cigno several times over the last few years, and never had an issue. Was looking to apply for a loan today, but the only thing their site now offers is membership for prize draws.

I would not ever go through this Loan Company again it is the worst I've ever ever gone through juggernaut contact you back chargers 5 94 each email informing you your money coming out what a joke worse a company that do not reply back to you rude cannot contact him by phone who wants to be with someone because you like that
