Cigno Loans

I have had many loans. Yes they charge fees but at the time money was needed and you are told the amount before signing up. Money in my bank almost same day. Would recommend to any one. If you do not like fees ect you can always go elsewhere

I would like to start off by saying cigno helped me when I was in need before Christmas last year and about a year or so before hand but I've just paid my last payment on a $250 loan which ended up costing me double what I borrowed including interest and now I want to reapply for another one the option to download a statement needs to allow more than page cause I don't even know how far back u want to go there's nothing to say if u want 1month or 3 and some feedback would be very much appreciated

They gave me a loan when I needed it and yes you pay back more then you borrow but that is to be expected.

Communication can be frustrating along with the notification to update details at all times even when completely up to date. Helpful service when in desperate times, however customer service and website functions could use improvement to make to make the process less stressful for those already in a vulnerable situation.

I've had a few loans threw cigno, which has been helpful when needing the money only down fall is the interest rate but of course they do state how much you will be paying back, I've also had a few hiccups where they say I owe them more when I think it's finalized but as soon as I email the finalise my account

The intrested are crazy payed back 1000 on 250 loan this company is ridiculous

F&$£ing rip offs. i took a $100 loan out and paid back $170 and they believe i owe them $807 in fees which is ridiculous!! you won’t be getting another cent !

I had a positive experience the first time but holy crap it went down hill after that, try and contact this place and you won’t get a response,thank god I found a better place that responds and doesn’t charge insane interest

The repayments and fees are just ridiculous. Pure extortion.

You rejected a payment for no reason and the Cigno payment was the FIRST payment that came out of my benefit, which has resulted in you charging me even more for a default...Westpac said they didn't reject it so it has originated from your end. Is it not enough that you have taken back nearly twice what I borrowed, you have now scraped my pockets for even more, putting my account in the negative and accruing more fees there...please sort this out asap.

It helped out when I was short of cash thankyou only problem I had was I paid back almost 3 times the loan amount which is some what unfair

I have had many loans through them now they say they are unable to help. There is no loyalty to good customers with cigno very very disappointed and let down by cigno
