Very, VERY expensive way to borrow money. I HAD intended to write "but at least they're always there for me," however the online portal is no longer showing the option for me to apply for new loans. I've tried calling but no human operators are available at any time and the chat bot is no help in this regard, either.

Very disappointing.

I found the staff at Cigno to be fantastic when it came to helping me. I also liked how the application was so easy and they replied to me straight away. I would recommend Cigno to anyone.

Cigno failed to credit my account for a payment of $75 on the 28th December. They then continued to also charge me extra fees. I paid almost $600 for a $200 loan. I have called, texted, emailed and used the member portal dozens of times trying to get this resolved. The call center does not exist and no one answers the phone. My emails just get automated replies. It seems like they have no human customer service at all, only recorded messages and emails. I dont think I will ever get my money back now. Very bad company.

There the biggest ripe off's just keep taken your money., I got 250 off the paid back $847.24 all up. I wouldn't use them ever again.

for a $200 loan paid back $836.17
there in no one on the phone. it goes through a long message telling me to go to the website. this is crazy. o paid over 4 times the loan amount. in what world is this acceptable. I will show anyone who are considering a loan from them my payments and details.
don't even bother getting a loan from cigno loans even begging on the street is a far better option. they take advantage of people who are in desperate need.

Over all it was great.
I am trying to get a new loan but I can't download a bank statement it's not letting me.

They make so easy and I always get the amount I want, these guys are amazing

$250 loan ended up paying $800 and it is still chargeable. Worst experience and shameful people can't even speak on the phone properly

They made the process easy they didn’t just say no they offered me an amount they knew I could pay back would recommend them to everyone

The process is easily understandable and easy to navigate I've had many loans from cigno and if at anytime I'm borrowing from them say like 160 is what I'm after but my finance data says no they won't just say no they'll offer me less and I think that's great

If its urgent and u need it asap its great. I think there great. Just know wot ya signin up for and dont default on a payment and alls good i say
