Cigno have helped me when I needed money to fix my car.. Today I received an email & link to apply for another loan but when I log in the home page is blank

Was quick with response, and payment plans are suitable as well

I took out a $250 at the beginning of this year and due to the loss of my mother and my job this year,I have struggled to pay back my loans on time. I have now paid over $1000 to Cigno Loans AND have a remaining $600 to go.
It's ridiculous. The fees are disgusting and you end up paying a lot more then you think you will.

THEY OFFER ME A LOAN.I CANT SIGN INTO PORTAL. I SEND 8 EMAILS & CALL A NON ANSWERING NUMBER.THEY ADVERTISE AN INTERACTIVE PAGE IVE NEVER SEEN.I USE THE LINK THEY PROVIDED WHEN OFFERING ME A NEW LOAN TO UPLOAD BANK STATEMENTS AND IT DOESN'T WORK. IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM PREVIOUSLY.ALWAYS PAID OUT MY LOANS NO PROBLEMS. AS A PENSIONER ASKING FOR HELP FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE THIS IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!
You can call me immediately and you've got all my contact details so what are you playing at asking for them again? Just to look like your "onto it" no doubt!

i needed money to pay for car repairs but was short on funds, cingo helped with the cash and i was able to get to work and repay pay the loan ,and was short on paying it was so easy to adjust my payments

The loan application was very easy and staff very helpful. This is my 2nd loan and was just as easy if not easier than the first.

Today I received an offer from Cigno for a new loan if one was required! I am an EXISTING MEMBER with a lengthy successful history with repayments to Cigno.
I've been TRYING to simply upload a bank statement through the members portal for 4 hours;amidst sending hard copies via email & trying to call and/or text on their numbers (NO RESPONSE EXCEPT RECORDED MESSAGE).
Unfortunately after finally getting a response via email (after sending 6 stating my issues and attaching bank/loan details) stating after review/assessment I'm unsuccessful & try AFTER THEYVE UPDATED THE SYSTEM.
Yet again they can't seem to get the portal correct OR their information.
Not once have I EVER been offered how to get onto the mysterious INTERACTIVE PAGE where you can converse with a STAFF MEMBER! IVE NEVER EVEN SEEN IT!
CIGNO..THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS FOR A RETURN REPEAT CUSTOMER you can contact me immediately on my phone!

Cheers team, made it easy for small emergency loans...for someone who doesnt do computers very well, you make it user friendly.

Cigno so easy to get money off.Simple no hassles to apply and fast response.Momey straight in my account when approval was finalised.Repayments easy to organise direct debited from my bank.Ill definately be back already had 4 loans from cigno.

I was only approved for a small loan so the fees were about the same as the loan. May have seemed more reasonable if I'd borrowed a higher amount.

The application was easy and approved quickly . Money in my account very fast. It was a pleasure to do business with CIGNO

Was quick and easy to apply and money was in my account within a couple of hours. Was very handy when I needed it and will use again in the future.

Tried to apply for a cigno loan but can't because when I get to the part to upload my bank statement nothing comes up then I refresh it then it keeps coming up with this why ??

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i would like to know why i cant line the payments up with my paydays ????/ this is how you ae making all this money and ripping people off I MADE A PAYMENT OF $228 ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER AND NOW YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER $228 0FF ME ON THE 6TH JANUARY ?? I ONLY BORROWED $150 I WANTED FORTNIGHTLY PAYMENTS BUT CANT SEEM TO GET THEM ...i want someone to email me to explain why you wont line the payments up...if no one replys to this im going to go and see my solicitor its not a threat but im not paying hundreds of dollars to you for a $150 loan.

Excellent doesn’t take long for apply for a loan it’s easy not to much paper work money didn’t take long go into our bank

Super fast response for application however ongoing support was frustrating. I could not make an extra payment… and if I could no one responded to my question. The interest rate was higher than every where else but I was pretty desperate to pay vet fees

I've never had a problem with using this service and have always been dealt with promptly and professionally

Hi I'm a pensioner and grateful to Cigno go for lending me funds when I could get help from no-one else. Cigno have now helped me in 2 different situations and taken the heavy burden and stress away by lending me funds to deal with immediate situations. The fortnight payments work well for me. It is abit expensive and you pay back way more than you borrow way more ..I wouldn't have been able to cope with emergency situations if it wasn't for Cigno... Thankyou 🙏
