Be better if the interest wasn't so high. Also be nice if for over a year it wasn't asking for an income update but when I click to do so it takes me to add a new bank account? How's that work? I'm over it. And now I have no way to apply for a new loan

Worst lender ever, so dodgy and expensive a $250 loan became $408 in a matter of two weeks they also tried to take money out my account two days after the loan even though the contract stated that my repayment was on the 29th ( two weeks after) and tried to charge me dishonouring fees of $90 I loath these people and can’t believe they charge all these charges to get a small amount will never use them again no matter how desperate I am for cash

Dont do it just dont. Get reamed with fees missed 1 payment and paid it next day still got charged 80$ fees are an absolute joke and the repayments are too high. Dont use these thieves at all.

Broken website, Lack of customer service and you pay almost 100% interest on your loan, Go through another company

I recently had a loan but I paid it out and was notified when the payment cleared a couple of days later.cigno has always been good to me

Was so easy to access a loan as I was short for Christmas Money for my 3 kids an was repaid no hiccups

AVOID CIGNO....TRY CASHNGO INSTEAD!!
I was approved for a loan and the minute I got approval I followed he link to the members portal to accept the contract and sign it but when i click on the link it says "Unfortunately, the offer previously provided by the lender is no longer valid." How can they immediately reneg on an offer the second it is approved? But in the portal it says "WAITING FOR CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE" Ive tried reapplying and they send me a link to upload bank statements but once I confirm my details it says "PLEASE WAIT" for like 3 hours. Ive tried contacting them via the SMS number on their website to no avail. I think its funny that they have an automated response to these reviews aswell & their website only publishes "GOOD REVIEWS!!"
I've seen on google there is a class action being filed against Cigno.

Simple, fast and efficient. Very happy and would definitely use again.

It’s very good and can I get more 250 is not enough

The portal asks to update the income and upload the bank statement. When the portal is accessed the upload function just won't work. I have tried calling the number but can't get through. Not very user friendly. I will have to use another service
