Stay away
Stay away. We have a lot of users on the system, but it constantly lags and you can’t hear people properly. You can’t transfer calls either. CircleLoop is the worst phone system I have ever used.

Walked me through the optimal way to bill, helped me retreive calls and have been lovely people over the phone.

A very professional company that actually answer calls themselves and deal with you one to one like a human! Very refreshing and every member of staff I've ever dealt with is friendly, efficient and professional, especially Veerle and Matt.
Circleloop is also a brilliant service that combines many of the features that would otherwise require several companies and services. SMS, voicemail, numbers, apps and a web portal.
A brilliant product and brilliant customer support. Recommend!
Took £7,200 from our bank account in error
We've used Circleloop for a couple of years. It's bit buggy, some calls get dropped when you answer but we've just put up with it.
Our usual bill is around £25/month however a couple of days ago they removed £7.2k from our bank account!!
They finally got round to refunding us a couple of days later, but this kind of "system error" is completely unacceptable and could heavily damage a company.
The comedic part was that they didn't even give us our usual monthly subscription for free for a month, surely that's the least a company would offer to do. Quite shocked and that was the last straw for us.
Went with them because I wanted to support a UK company rather than the large US ones, but it's not worth it.

CircleLoop was always buggy and needed constant fixes but the support was good.
Then Gamma purchased them and change the template and it's now awful.
A phone software that doesn't let you answer or transfer calls reliably and consistently isn't worth anyone's time.
I need to just bite the bullet and change providers.
Lukas at Circle Loop was so helpful …
Lukas at Circle Loop was incredibly helpful! He set up a Teams call and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. As someone with dyslexia and a strong preference for visual learning, this made a huge difference. His patience and clear explanations really stood out. Excellent service—5 stars!
The new app is counter-intuitive
The new app is counter-intuitive. Asked to revert to old version but computer says "no". It's a shame. I like the people I have spoken with for support but they have been let down by the techies!

New customer, very happy
New customer, very old desk phones, Circle loop have helped me through setting thee old phones up and been there to advise me on certain aspects when needed.
I've spoken to the same few people over my many calls, which makes me feel like I'm being cared for as the people helping are aware of the situation etc.

Absolutely horrible company dont be…
Absolutely horrible company dont be fooled by the reviews! Since day once we’ve had issues from signing in, calls just randomly dropping, clients not being able to hear us, calls not coming through and the call just not even connecting! Very bad customer service always some excuse need to log in on the computer log out then log in with your mobile phone again never fixes anything don’t waste your time this will make you and your business look really bad, even when i called up to cancel they just said thats fine as if they already know their service is so bad they don’t want to ask why someone wants to leave! Horrible

Great solution for SME's
I've been a user of Circleloop for a couple of years, and as a small business, I've found their service extremely reliable & cost effective. We make a lot of international calls, and for us, the service is not only great value but packed with really helpful and powerful features that we love.
Every time I have spoken with their support team, it's been excellent. Their understanding of their own system is brilliant, and it's never too much trouble for them to walk me through any issues I may be having. This is usually down to me adding new desk phones or features that I need further support on.
The system is really reliable with good call quality which is what we need as a SME.
I've just spoken with Dan Titmass this morning who has walked me through adding new desk phones to the app after moving into a new office. Dan was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but he solved my problem in less than 10 minutes.
Really great service Dan, thanks very much.

I liked that I could try the service…
I liked that I could try the service for a week for free, and that they did not take my card details during the trial. I liked that I had the choice to do that at the stage when I decided to subscribe rather than it being automated.
This helped me as I was wary, having tried a VOIP provider before, but the call quality was poor.
CircleLoop were recommended to me by a fellow virtual assistant. I've found the team to be helpful (a nice courtesy introductory call, not salesy, just checking I was happy), no hassle, easy to use app and top quality sound on the calls.
I'm now a committed customer.

Decent product, great value, helpful tean
The product isn't perfect - sometimes there are delays and call quality can be a little hit and miss. But by and large it's decent, and it's more than half the price of our last provider. On top of that, it's a very personalised service. Every person I've spoken to at the company has been friendly and eager to help, responding promptly.
Definitely the best phone service I've used yet.

Great service for mobile users
CircleLoop seems like a great service and not all companies will host a mobile number. The support I received from Vee Kappen and other team members was one of the reasons I choose to enrol with CircleLoop and any issues or questions I had were quickly resolved. The app is nice and simple and doesn't seem buggy.

I had recently applied an update which upgraded me to a new application. The new application is riddled with bugs and inferior features. This caused many functionally issues. When reporting this to the help desk I worked with Adam Oldfield. Adam was extremely supportive and completely committed to help. I would say his personal support was first class. So this five star review is directed to Adam individually. Well done Adam

Time to move on.
We have been using Circle Loop for a few years now. It's time to change.
The software is full of bugs, and the mobile app is almost entirely ineffective. The app will ring until the battery is dead.
The desktop app, the 1st call after a restart, will 100% always fail (starting doing this a few months ago). About 10% of all calls will fail, which might be now audio or no microphone (we use Jabra headsets).
It will be great for a small business because it's cheap, and you can deal with these issues, But for us, there are now more problems than it's worth.
The support team
The support team, both Dan and Adam, were right on the ball and able to instantly implement requests. Also, the trial worked flawlessly.

Excellent customer service! Massive thanks to Adam at CircleLoop who helped us streamline our phone setup.
We were considering leaving CircleLoop previously as we weren't happy with the setup we had in place, but after calling customer service everything was sorted in one short call and Adam went out of his way to be helpful.
