Highly recommend CJCH and, specifically, Gemma Loader
Gemma Loader acted for us for our house sale and purchase. We were always very happy with the level of communication and timely updates. Gemma was responsive to our questions and explained everything to us clearly. We were kept informed about all aspects of the process and Gemma was proactive in chasing responses from the purchasers/sellers solicitors in order to keep the process moving. Although it was a stressful experience, Gemma ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend CJCH for the competitive pricing and Gemma for making it all happen!

Absolutely avoid this company, run away . You are a cash cow too be milked . Tottally clueless all of them .will be getting the sra involved as samantha pleasants did. I was in financial hard times, suggested a payment plan. Charged me 500 pound for the phone call. Thet are liars,stay far away .I am getting the sra involved

Just to add to my previous review
Just to add to my previous review. Yes my complaint was handled and dealt with, but what you neglected to mention is that the complaint wasnt handled by you. It was handled by The SRA ( Solicitors Regulation Authority) and they found Nigel Daniels AND you at fault. And I thrm had an offer to handle my complaint in house but I refused as I knew nothing would be done.
Why have you " requested information "? Is it to try to make my review look disingenuous?. You had a copy from thr SRA just like I did.

Competent professionals
Sarah, Holly and the team were so helpful with our conveyancing. They were recommended by Regency homes as part of an assisted move.They kept us informed and updated throughout the process and helped to push the move forward. Chloe Weaver was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She immediately put my mind at ease, made me feel comfortable and always took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Ouicky query & felt assured
When passing the office CJCH in Caerphilly I popped in to query something and on reception was a lovely lady called Sue. She was really welcoming and friendly, myself and husband instantly felt at ease. Sue helped and was so informative. I would definitely use this company as felt no pressure sales.
