Very slow, poor communications and follow up
We were recommended to use this company but I was very disappointed by the communications and service.
The house sale was very straightforward. No chain and sale to a first time buyer. No issues brought up in the survey, yet the offer was accepted on March 4 and sale completed on July 24. I had to constantly chase progress.
I don’t know why process took so long. We were not informed of any issues.
Very disappointed.

It was my first solo house-buying process, which felt both intimidating and overwhelming, but the team really took the stress out of the situation and were there at every step to explain and to chase where needed. We had Amelia Hunt acting on our behalf with our property sale and purchase. What an incredible solicitor she is. She was thorough and professional through out the entire process. Staircasing
CJHC solicitors represented us when we staircased to 100% ownership of our house.
Communication was always very quick and efficient and although our seller's solicitors seemed very incompetent and therefore delayed the process unnecessarily we felt that CJHC were very professional and supportive.
