Everything worked fine and even offered me a discount when I first started since there was a misunderstanding with the price. The only reason this review is 4 stars rather than 5 is that when I tried to cancel via email they offered a discount and when I declined and just wanted to cancel my number they never replied after that. After another email asking for an update to cancel my number they still wouldn't reply which was 2 weeks ago! Thankfully I went into their live chat and they did it straight away. I was really impressed until that point...

As the second time using Cleartone…
As the second time using Cleartone service,I must state that the reception has improved,the connectivity is much more in line with IT telecoms as this can deviate due to jitter, clarity and other telecoms generally.
Cleartone has shown that they appreciate the whole concept of communication and this is important to my company as well as the customers in that it is very easy to access me by mobile/landline, and the costs are kept down in view of other unmitigated instances.
