I ordered on 11-24

I ordered on 11-24. The package tracking states the package has been sent to the shipping company but has not yet been sent. I have messaged Clinique numerous times and don't get an answer. I sent them an email which went unanswered as well. I sent the shipping company 5 inquiries and also no response. Finally, I have called customer service only to be on hold for a long time and no human answering. I was charged for the product and cannot even get an update.

NOT received the order!!!!!

I ordered online on 22nd November and I am still awaiting my order.

I messaged the WhatsApp customer service they have in place who told me to wait further for a replacement and have not received the replacement either.

Shocking to think they work with the worst, most cheap delivery company Evri and think it’s satisfactory to NOT DELIVER orders but take money.

NO HELP AT ALL - NOW EVEN WORSE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I bought a serum foundation, which was mis-sold (shouldn't their staff in store do something more than sell any product whether suitable or not). Spoke to customer services, they directed me to an online chat, which was very helpful, went I went instore to test the suggested colour, perfect.
Phoned customer services to exchange, I had to pay postage of £5 and the replacement product was £5 cheaper - didn't bother, bad enough all the hassle in the first place AM NOT GOING TO LOSE £10 - threw it away instead, dealing with to customer services is hopeless and a lost .

This is the reply I received after doing what was advised by their reply:
We are sorry we still haven’t been able to interact with you regarding your recent enquiry. Please do contact us if you require our assistance and provide your case reference number 07315222

If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, we will assume your enquiry has been resolved to your satisfaction and we will close your case. Please note you may then receive a survey regarding our customer service at this point.

I Hope I receive the survey, as will tell them exactly what I think of their customer services

Je me rends compte 2 jours plus tard que ma commande n'arrivera jamais car n'a pas été prise en compte en raison d'un "bug informatique" selon le service client, qui ne peut naturellement rien faire pour moi
Un peu frustrant de s'en rendre compte une fois que les offres du black friday ont disparu, la prochaine fois j'irai acheter ailleurs

I have been trying check out for over a week now to get the best of the Black Friday deals and my genius rewards. I cannot log into my account or access m basket to pay. This is absolutely pathetic Clinique! A large company such as yourselves should have your website running without any issues, especially during the sales period.AND PLEASE DON’T REPLY TO THIS CLINIQUE CUSTOMER CARE WITH YOUR PITIFUL RESPONSE. FYI….I have tried alternative browsers and a desktop PC. THE PROBLEM IS YOUR INEPTITUDE!
The most disappointing thing about this, I have been a loyal customer for many years. What a poor show, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Worst Customer support DO NOT BUY FROM THE WEBSITE

They have a very bad website and worst ever customer support staff.

The money was dedcuted from my debit card even recived the confirmation of the payment from there payment processor PAY U and when i call and enquire i dont have any email about the order they say it was a drop order. which means they take your funds and dont deliver the product but initiate a refund and say we will get the funds in 7 days so that we can not avail the discounts.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.......
suggest not to buy from there website. Because they will take your money and you need to be behind them for the refund or the product they dont care about customer

Website is shocking...

Love the products, but the website is simply not working, I have not been trying for 2 days to check out but can neither see the cart, not log into account to save the cart at least. Perhaps you should plan for the traffic before you release theres promotions, as they are worth nothing, unless customers can actually go through the full user journey... very disappointing.

If I could I would give them a -5.

If I could I would give them a -5 due to the huge disappointment they caused me with their poor service.
I placed an order on the 21st with a mixture of my daily essentials and partly a gift for the next-day delivery.
Not only I have not received my order yet but also I have been given three different responses:
1-they have received a high volume of orders and they can't process next-day deliveries my order will be with me by Monday the 28th and also I will receive an apology gift from them due to the huge disappointment they cause me.
2-"Our policy requires for the tracking not to be updated for 5 days before we can consider this as lost in transit and to assist customers further, that is why I asked to allow for the package not to have updates for 2 full days, which is something that I want to do as a gesture of goodwill. Rest assured that we will happily assist just please allow by the end of the day since most trackings get updated after the 2nd day if the delay happens."
3-"Upon further checking the tracking details of this order, I can also confirm that the last update was on the 23rd of November. Having that said, I can also confirm the above-stated, our policy requires the tracking not to be updated for 5 days after the last update before we can consider this as lost in transit and assist customers further. We are very sorry for how inconvenienced and frustrated you might feel, and please accept our apology."
Leave me alone they completely ignore my last message.
I have been their customer since early 2017 and used to do my shopping from their Debenhams branch but this is my second time purchasing online and facing a huge disappointment both times.
I would recommend everyone replace them with trustworthy and better customer care instead as I would never go back to them again.

Atrocious Online Ordering

I am not able to utilise the website to order online. I am losing out on the Black Friday deals. The money gets deducted from my account but the order is not processed on Cliniques side. Then i just get a sorry for the inconvenience but we cant fix the situation for you. I do not wish this horrendous experience onto my worst enemy. R6000.00 worth of money gone but orders not generated. Terrible for a supposedly reputable international company.

Basket with items added won’t open

Added items to basket including offers but couldn’t check out. Reopened page and signed back in where I can see number in basket so items there but basket won’t open. Been like this yesterday and today. Probably won’t be able to access basket till Black Friday deals have finished and I loose out.

Terrible website cannot check out

Terrible website - have not been able to check out any items in my basket for 2 days!!!! I now find this morning that one of the items I want is out of stock so I have missed yet another promotion and I still cant check out the rest of the items in my basket. This company do not deserve your business unless they sort out the website issues.

The website is rubbish so as the customer service

I made an order through the website, and the parcel was delivered to my billing address but not my delivery address. I contacted the customer service, hoping that they could redirect the delivery or just do anything. They replied that there’s nothing they can do as it had been delivered.

I paid £130 for nothing but the mistake you made. And thank you for notifying me that your website system is rubbish so as your customer service.

I don't think the company cares about their website customers

I could just copy and paste all of the comments below. It doesn't matter if there is a special deal going on, like the 30% off today or I am just ordering on an ordinary day. I can never complete and occasionally can never start an order without calling customer service. I can be on chrome or safari, the problems are the same. I don't have any problems with any other retail website I use. Why don't you do something about it and why don't you include an email address on your site that customers can use to tell you about their experiences. Are you afraid you will get too many of the same complaints.

The website is absolutely useless

The website is absolutely useless. Do you not listen to your customers? Do you want us to buy products? I cannot acces my basket in order to check out. Same problem for months. You spend a fortune on fancy advertising and produce a website where it is impossible to make purchases! What on earth is going on? Expected a lot more and you have lost a loyal customer. Read your reviews!!

*** addition: please do not reply to this review with your generic and bland ‘please forward the complaint to us’. If Clinique were truly interested in their customers, they would be taking action regarding the many, many reviews on Trustpilot describing the same problems.
