Bonjour,
Pour la prise en charge, le suivi du personnel, rien à dire de spécial c'est correct.
Par contre, pour la planification des soins, il y a des choses à revoir.
Je suis rentré pour 3 jours d'hospitalisation en mai 2025, pour des examens préopératoires. Au cours de ces examens, j'ai été amené à passer un doppler des jambes.
Je devais sortir le mardi à 14h mais n'ayant pas de personnel pour passer ce doppler le mercredi, j'ai du attendre le jeudi 12h pour le passer et suis reparti de la clinique le même jour à 14h.
Ce qui fait que pour un doppler qui a duré 5 minutes, on m'a gardé 48H.
Sauf que j'étais en chambre particulière et le coût de cette chambre est de 125 € par jour (80 € remboursés par la Sécurité Sociale et la mutuelle mais 45 € de ma poche).
Pour marquer mon mécontentement, au lieu de payer 225 € (5 jours à 45 € de ma poche au lieu de 135 € pour 3 jours), je n'ai règle que 180 €. J'ai admis que pour 2 jours à attendre pour une mauvaise prise en charge, je n'ai pas payé une journée qui m'incombe tout en sachant que la clinique a été payée par la Sécurité Sociale et la mutuelle !
En plus, les résultats de ces examens devaient être envoyés à mon cardiologue, ce qui n'a jamais été le cas.
Depuis, j'ai des relances de l'établissement pour régler ce reliquat de 45 €, ce que je ne veux pas payé étant donné que c'est de leur fait qu'une telle situation s'est produite.
J' émets donc cet avis, pas pour dénigrer cet établissement, mais pour alerter ce genre de dérive qui coûte cher aux patients mais surtout à la société (les déficits peuvent en partie s'expliquer par ce laxisme qui peut et doit être évité).
Pour bien marquer ma désapprobation, je fais passer également ce commentaire sur le site "Trustpilot" pour toucher le plus de monde possible.

Worst online customer service ever. And the website sucks. The online return feature is always broken. Then when you reach out to the customer service, they give you the run around and can never get the task done. One agent would transfer you to another one without telling you. Then when you finally got a hold of an agent named “Nardo”, she will arrogantly tell you that you are no longer allowed to return makeups because your return history. I am sorry but Clinique makes foundations that oxidize and they either turn orange or make you sallow. Isn’t the free return the whole point of “satisfaction guaranteed”? I am done with this outdated and old fashioned company.

Clinique.com has zero customer service
Clinique.com has zero customer service. They use HACK shipping companies that flat out FALSIFY deliveries. If they simply "don't feel like" delivering an order, they make up an excuse like an access code is needed. Then they LIE and say it was delivered - in the middle of the night - when it was not. Clinique.com is basically USELESS for customer service. They will suck up an HKUR of your time telling you they will send a replacement and never do. They suck. Find another company, because you will NEVER receive your Clinique.com order.

I have used Clinique products for more than 40 years, and the website for the last 15-20 years. The latest iteration of the website is shockingly bad and the AI customer support is almost laughable were the prices not so outlandish. I tried to cancel an order within minutes of placing it and was unable to do so. Found no support in chat. Ultimately, thought I had canceled within the 60 minute grace period until I discovered my credit card was charged the next day. Got back on chat and was told it was too late to cancel the order. So unfortunate. I have deleted my addresses and payment options from the website and will most assuredly not go back.

Soy clienta de Clinique, desde mediados de los 90 y estoy muy satisfecha del producto y de sus promotoras.
Son unas grandes profesionales, tsnto en conocimiento del producto, como en el trato.
El jueves 11 de Junio, asistí a un taller de maquillaje, en Corte Inglés de Arabial, Granada, que lmpartieron Marta y Gloria, las promotoras de la firma, el cual fué muy ameno y constructivo.
The worst lid ever Clinique take the day off
I bought the product from Clinique make up remover, Take the day off, and I can not even try it as the lid is nit opening, it has a "special" protection for children. I could not open the first bottle so I went again to the shop to change that bottle thinking that something is wrong with the lid but secon bottle is the same, its just a nightmare a struggle to open it. Once you have it wrong its broken and you just scroll it forever without the possibility to open the bottle.

I have tried to order online for almost a week, there system is down the only way to know this is if you phone. No resolution or comms providing up dates. A password reset was needed due to an error on their end! No one cares and can’t help! Avoid at all costs

I've spoken to customer service three times, and I've been waiting a month for a refund for an order that never arrived. They always tell me that the refund takes longer. They should have a better system for this, like other companies that refund instantly. I'm very disappointed with their service.

If I could give zero I would have. I've been a user of Clinique products for the past 30+ years. My horrible experience with clinique.com is going to make me look intensely and intently for a replacement product. It seems they think that the purpose of customer service is to get you off the phone or chat as quickly as possible even if means telling you OUTRIGHT LIES!! My saga began when I tried to get 2-day delivery for an order which had a time limit within which it had to be delivered - it was denied and switched to standard delivery, without explanation. I initially thought that this meant they realized it would not be needed based on the address. Was I wrong! After two days of checking the order, the site still said the order was being packed and had not yet shipped. I tried to cancel the order but as more than 60 minutes had passed could not. I then tried to get the order shipped to a new address. I was told the order had already shipped - this while their site kept saying that the order was still being packed! After I persisted, this time with a supervisor, I was told that only the shipper could change the address and was given a tracking number. I've now been trying to contact the shipper, which still has not received the package AND whose site says that in order to change the delivery address approval is needed from the retailer!! At this point, I can only cross my fingers and hope that the package arrives in time - I have no way to get it returned without causing inconvenience to other people which I hoped to avoid. My search for a replacement product starts NOW! Any recommendations please share.
Jitsu Delivery Was Okay!
I placed an order on clinique.com on Friday, March 21st, and received the order on Tuesday, March 25th. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the delivery person left my package on the first floor (in the area next to the mailboxes) instead of delivering the package at my front door on the third floor as I requested.

Terrible Customer Services-forgot to add an item to my order that comes for free under the offer so called and had to explain many times to the representative who kept talking over me and every time I tried to help her locate the offer item that she couldnt find she failed locating it. Inexperienced and rude .. I asked for her supervisor who was professional and resolved the 40-min long struggle in 2 minutes

Think twice before you order from Clinique’s website! In SoCal, the company uses a delivery service called Jitsu. The Jitsu driver left the package at a home six houses up the street in a planter next to the sidewalk??? By the time I figured out what had happened the parcel was long gone. Jitsu’s rep looked at their tracking data & admitted the driver screwed up. After repeated entreaties to Clinique I was told they’ll investigate and it will take up to 10 days. Take your business elsewhere!

Als ik Clinique Nederland vraag waarom ze nog steeds microplastics gebruiken in hun producten, krijg ik geen antwoord.

Ik heb op 17 januari een bestelling gedaan, kreeg een bestelbevestiging en een bericht dat het onderweg is, maar nog niets ontvangen. Het lukt mij niet om de klantendienst te contacteren, telefoonnummer is niet in gebruik en op mails antwoorden ze niet.

Days ago. It was 2 days before it was even dispatched - then nothing. I was told that parcel is missing and they will reissue the order - 2 days later it’s still not dispatched and have no facilty to offer next day delivery - woeful. Won’t be using online service again however when I do go to the counters (if you can find them) they never have any stock!!

Alors aujourd'hui question recrutement on voit bien que les DRH sont incompétentes j'ai un CV où j'étais brancardier où j'ai été ambulancier et lorsque j'ai postulé pour un poste de brancardier au sein de la clinique Athis-Mons almaviva j'ai reçu un mail comme quoi ma candidature n'est pas retenu il faut que je trouve quelque chose qui soit plus en adéquation avec ma formation et mon expérience on marche sur la tête ces personnes deviennent de plus en plus incompétente je ne sais pas où elles sont recrutées mais c'est une catastrophe
