Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. I have return my products December 4th till date now my return hasn’t processed . Called multiple time they tell you will be process within 3 business days but no nothing has happened yet. 0 service but 0 customer care . Unbelievable worst customer service I have ever seen .

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. They advertised a sale on makeup and I decided to order my usual favourite foundation, but also an eyeshadow palette and an eyeliner. That's a real treat for myself because I usually don't splurge on high-end products like this. Drug store eyeliner is good enough because I'm not rich.
I placed the order on November 29th. The order was delivered on December 10th. The eyeshadow palette was not in the parcel. I was super bummed because I was really looking forward to it.
I got ahold of a customer service agent on the chat and told them I was missing an item and they said "No problem. We'll resend it." I asked if I could have a tracking number and an email confirmation and they said they don't do that for re-orders.
Almost two weeks later and I still haven't received what I ordered. I went to customer service again and they were really snarky with me like "what do you want now?"
I just want what I paid for. This is not the first time I've had difficulty with an order either.
Horrible Customer Service
I placed an online order on 11/30/24, but never received it. Whenever I'd enter the tracking number on their website it said "estimated delivery is whatever that days' date happened to be" No package would be delivered, and I'd get the same message the next day, with that days' date on it. After this went on several times I tracked it on the website of the shipping company that Clinique uses. On that website (a company called Ontrac) the tracking number said my package had been scanned at their mailing facility in Orlando on 12/6/24. It never moved from that site. I waited a few more days then tried to talk to an online agent on the Clinique website. I explained that apparently my package was lost, and I requested a refund. The agent refused, insisting the package was on the way. When I said that it had been at the Ontrac facility since 12/6/24, and obviously they couldn't find it, the Clinique agent said "Just because they can't find it doesn't mean it is lost!!" I asked the agent to email me a transcript of this very unhelpful chat, and was told he couldn't do that, and quickly ended the chat.
I contacted my credit card company, and spoke to them on the phone, plus I mailed them copies of the order, and downloads showing the tracking history. In no time the credit company took care of this, and I was issued a credit. (Thank you Barclays!) As for Clinique, when I enter the tracking number on their website now, it says "Package Exception". That's it. No email to me with an explanation or apology. Of course packages can get lost in the mail. What upsets me is how they initially refused to take any responsibility, or admit this had happened. I have been a regular customer for years, and have ordered from Clinique several times in the past with no problems. Although I like their skin care products very much, (and have spent several hundred dollars on them) I will no longer be using them because of this horrible experience. Their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. Shame on you Clinique!

Une compagnie reconnue, mais avec un pire service à la clientèle. On doit payer les frais de retour lorsque l’on n’est pas satisfait du produit. Si on doit payer ces frais, cela rend l’expérience encore plus décevante. Ils écrivent toujours dans leurs courriels: « You are a valued customer and your satisfaction is very important to us« , mais en réalité c’est au contraire.

Never going to order from them again
Never going to order from them again. They want their free gift back with the return, but wont send me another free kit for another order i placed and forgot to add the coupon. What are you even there for if you can't HELP me with that. Too bad i loved their moisture surge but i gotta find some other brand to switch to.

8 weeks use from £30 eyeshadow?
I am normally so happy with Clinque makeup and I have been using this brand for over 25 years!! They stopped doing my eye shadow 6 months ago and replaced it 'shadow and definer'. It's lasted me 8 weeks and almost £30. My previous chub stick eyeshadow (now the range is discontinued) lasted over a year!! Its run out this morning. Seriously? Have I been given a faulty one?

lack of customer ( friendliness ) support and follow up
Delivery ( of products in promotion ) was delivered to a pickup point that was closed. Impossible to retrieve the product. Customer service promised to investigate and contact us with update. This never happened and after recontacting the customer service they said there was nothing they could do, but to refund. No possibility to reorder the products at the same promotion conditions. This is not customer friendly at all !

Do not order espically for christmas. They advertise 2 to 5 days shipping. I ordered in november when I asked yesterday why was it delayed they told me because they expected to be busy they added on 96 hours extra delivery timw without informing you and they will not help in any way.

Uppdatering: Support har hört av sig. Pengarna inte längre dragna från kontot. Bra jobbat!!

En de link op het antwoord komt niet aan (wederom alles op papier moeten zetten), kan niet bezorgd worden. Uiteindelijk na 2 nieuwe contactmomenten komt de klantenservice tot de conclusie dat er een fout is gemaakt en dat ik het geld over 14 dagen terug mag verwachten... need I say more

Had trouble shipping to canada
I had an experience with some confusion about the shipping for my order. I placed an order and after the noted expected delivery time had run out I called and was told they would overnight ship it, that never happened. then the next agent told me they can't ship to canada. Then when I asked to speak to a manager they refused, called back and they refused again, then just said we have no stock we'll refund the order. Not the greatest customer service at call center but my order was eventually made right.

Je mets 1 étoile car il n'est pas possible de mettre moins.
Pour une marque de renommée mondiale, le service après-vente est inexistant et lorsque l'on arrive à avoir quelqu'un au téléphone il est médiocre.
Deux commandes de plus d'une centaine d'euros passées sur leur site internet fin septembre, pour lesquelles j'ai effectué des retours en respectant soigneusement leurs conditions de retour. Nous sommes le 2 Décembre, et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé malgré :
- la réception des bordereaux de retour le 02/10/24 créés depuis le site internet
- les suivis colissimo me confirmant que les colis ont bien été déposés
- les confirmations par mail de clinique que mes 2 colis ont été reçus et que je devrais recevoir mes remboursements sous 7 jours.
Leur réponse aujourd'hui le 2 Décembre : "Nous n'avons aucune trace de vos retours car vous n'avez pas contacté le service client".
C'est inadmissible d'être traité ainsi car il n'y a pas de service client c'est du pur mensonge et cela n'est nullement indiqué sur leur site internet.
Nous avons droit à un vulgaire service IA sur WhatsApp qui nous informe que nous seront recontacté dans les plus brefs délais....délais que j'attends toujours !
Dernier tentative avant que je ne fasse une mise en demeure.

De website die je moet contacteren is al een heel aantal maanden niet meer in gebruik !!
zelfs dit automatische bericht passen ze dus niet aan,
dus dit is wel een heeeeel slechte service !

Clinique in John Lewis
Clinique in John Lewis, Westfield, Stratford: The lady's name was Ilky. She could not do enough for me. I explained I did not want foundation, I just wanted a corrector for dark circles that did not sit in my lines, and that I could not find the shade for me. I was so happy with her service, I got a lipstick and blusher too. Mature skin is difficult, and Ilky made it a breeze. Thank you.

Sito non molto affidabile
Fatto un ordine per 6 prodotti, arriva una scatola con due prodotti in meno, quelli di maggior prezzo oltretutto. All'interno della scatola nessuna distinta dei prodotti. Ho provato a chiamare e mi è stato detto che prodotti non arrivati non erano disponibili e che quindi mi avrebbero fatto un rimborso in un paio di settimane. Quando ho fatto l'ordine il prodotto era disponibile. Ora vediamo quando arriva il rimborso. Poco seri. Avrebbero potuto inviare una mail avvisando loro per la mancanza del prodotto e magari scusandosi dell'accaduto. In tutto questo devo ancora ricevere la mail che attesta l'emissione del rimborso. Passato un giorno mi è arrivata mail di scuse in cui si dice che è stato disposto il rimborso. Resta comunque il fatto che se si acquista sul sito le disponibilità devono essere aggiornate, non è corretto far pagare per dei prodotti che non ci sono.

Never sent my order how do they get away with taking your money
Never sent my order. They printed a shipping label but never packed my order, never gave my order to UPS. UPS does not have possession of my order but all Clinique will tell me is to take it up with them. What can ups do? They were never given the shipment period. But Clinique insists they will not send replacement. They will not refund. They will do nothing. My order sits at the distribution facility in Kentucky and hasn't budged past " label created ". Which means the issue is clearly cliniques fault. I've had to take it up with my credit card company to try and do a charge back. Customer service was superbly unhelpful. Poor English and also taking with other customers at the same time and took forever to be told that once ups has possession of my package I'll get delivery. They cannot say why ups doesn't have it. Because they haven't shipped it. Lost a customer of 30 years.
