I tried to order the clinique body…
I tried to order the clinique body smoother and its not available . I bought the body wash and perfume and the scent has changed alot . Same package but a different smell . Why would you change this scent when its a top seller. My friends and I are very disappointed as we have used this for years . Please bring the old scent back !!!! I want an answer why this has happened and if you have plans to return this item back to the original scent . So upset that I cant buy it anymore .

Horrible experience ever.
On July 12th, I bought two items on their online Facebook website. Got the confirmation code and everything on the receipt, so everything's fine. At first, I thought those items have very reasonable prices and then I came to realize that a week later I received a notice from my bank that it took out another purchase, even though I have already paid in the first place so I don't understand. Why should I have to pay twice for the same items when I have paid it once? I've already cancelled my order and got my refund back right away because I was upset with my purchase experience. Don't trust anything you buy on social media platforms like Facebook, for example. They're trying to scam you and take money out of your bank thinking you wouldn't even notice. Clinique, why don't you fix the problem before other people fall into your trap? Or better yet, just shut down your website page.

Poor customer service
Well, I wish I'd have read these reviews before placing my online order! I have tried the "live" chat many times over the last week and it's never available during the times it's meant to be. So I moved over to sending them a whatsapp on Friday. Got automated message saying whatsapp was closed and to message back when they are open. I messaged on Saturday during the "open" hours only to receive the same automated message saying they were closed and to message again when they are open. I messaged on Sunday during the "open" hours and yes, you guessed it, received an automated message saying they were closed and to message again when they were open. I've given up. This will be my first and last purchase from Clinique.

Al 6 jaar jaar klant van Clinique en altijd de bestellingen in orde ontvangen, tot dit jaar. In maart was een bestelling bij hun niet doorgekomen (had geen bevestigingsemail ontvangen) hoewel mijn geld was afgeschreven. Toen vrij snel opgelost. In juni 2023 heb ik weer een bestelling geplaats en geen bevestigingsemail ontvangen. Ik ben inmiddels een maand bezig om een reactie van hun te krijgen (1 keer kreeg ik de reacties dat al hun systemen plat lagen en de medewerker niks kon checken). Vandaag krijg ik eindelijk een reactie, dat volgens hun systeem mijn bestelling is geleverd. Alsof ik contact met hun had opgenomen als ik mijn bestelling had ontvangen. Ik hoop dat ik de bestelling of mijn geld nog krijg. Ben zeer teleurgesteld. Een nieuwe bestelling zal ik niet snel weer plaatsen.

Worst online company ever
Don’t ever purchase from them online. I have spent over £200 on the order has not been delivered to me in over a week. I’ve just contacted customer service nothing but not even as complimentary pay for speedy delivery now going to go on holiday with the packages arriving lost on the way And appalling customer service and a appalling delivery service.
What a joke is Clinique have said get in touch with them so that I can you help me. With my unfortunate experience. I did contact customer service to which I did absolutely nothing. As I said in my first review I did not even offer to upgrade my postage and packing to next day delivery, which Would have sorted the problem

I’ve given 1 star because if there’d been a facility to give zero stars I would have! Placed an order on 14th July and still waiting for it!!! Went into the company online sales page to join the webchat (which turns out to be an autobot) does not get
you any further regarding deliveries and when you ring customer service they just reference you back to the webchat on their site, so all in all nobody wants to help at all in reality
So all in all, even if you want to speak with someone to complain to, in essence you simply cannot
I thought I’d experienced the worst customer service last November with Jo Malone, however, Clinique have by far surpassed them on that score!!!!!
DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!! You don’t stand a chance
I know the autobot will give an auto reply to this but, it’s the days of hassle thereafter too

I love Clinique products.this year they have been diabolical from every aspect I could not sign to online acc for months so couldn't redeem my points or any of my free gifts also you could never pay for anything on online system down.customwr keep saying no problems and just laughed at me when clearly there was. And now with the international order processing so they can't send your items and customer service just laughes at you or tells you go else were.
Clinique is a multi million pound company and should have a better customer service team. But hay ho they don't they don't care about their customers iam really not a happy customer I'd like to no when my order is ?. As a company they should have informed all customers who already bough items that there systems had gone down instead and they items won't be sent out instead of leaving them in the lurch chasing customer services and the couldn't careless attitude. I think iam going to do what Clinique customer service has advised and go else were and use other products.

Checkout charges for free gift.
I put a $26 dollar item in the cart. I qualify for a free item among several. It keeps charging for the free item. I give up. Good products, lousy online store. Most of the reviews say that, too. You'd think they would do something. Instead, just a robot response.

I ordered your product twice
I ordered your product twice, the first time I ordered, I got my money back because the product never arrived and then second time I ordered , I never received the order again.
I reached out to customer service and that they would send it through express delivery and only got a few samples instead of everything I ordered. I’ve waited for more than 3 weeks and customer service is absolutely usless and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer care and satisfaction.
I would not recommend this to anyone, save your money.

I placed an order june 6,2023 and have had a terrible experience with shipping via ontrac with order not being delivered but delayed and then returned then reshipped via ups but only partially even though my email said so and second part of order reshipment ended up being delivered via ontrac but I received no email telling me so so i missed the delivery and by the time i found out wondering wth the rest of my order was and tracked it it had been stolen from my mail room because all the while i was expecting a ups delivery as they said and they emailed tracking for ups but it kept saying no info they decided to change delivery carrier on me without notification uggghhh so i called and they reshipped again this time i had to pick up at ups and pay a $5 holding fee uggghhh and it was missing two items! I called and they said my reshipment had been processed with the two missing items which were two free full sizes per their recent summer promotion i had to spend a $100 to get and when i picked up from ups the box was not taped and was a different type of box unlike the previous taped one i picked up from ups but the items I did receive were wrapped in tissue paper and taped with the Clinique sticker as per the usual and incidentally the box wouldn’t have fit the missing free full size items it was too small of a box. They told me they’d reship the missing items via ups and id get an email. Im still waiting for email to track the shipment they told me it would take up to two days to receive. Fingers crossed i get email by tomorrow and wont have to call AGAIN. Its now june 26th and its been 20 days since i placed my order all of which i still do not have.

Joke talking to customer service agent on chat cut me off at 6pm must have been her time to finish. Order still missing my wife has used Clinique and Estée Lauder products for over 12 years you just lost a loyal customer joke. Why do they use evri for delivery.
I have edited this up to a 4 due to service I have received from telephone customer service. I can raise to 5 because of your choice of carrier. Evri.

J'ai commandé en ligne et je n'ai jamais recu mon produit alors que colissimo me met que c'est livré. Je fais donc une réclamation à la poste et j'envoi le numéro de réclamation au service client de clinique.
Je reçois une réponse me notifiant que je vais être remboursé.
Depuis le 18 octobre 2022 j'attends mon remboursement, plus aucune réponse du service client par email et impossible de les joindre au téléphone ils ne répondent jamais.
Depuis le 18 octobre 2022 j'attends mon remboursement imaginaire. Nous sommes le 03 mai 2023!!! C'est honteux pour information mon numéro de dossier est CASE 07037621. J'ai toutes les preuves des emails.
Je vais déposer plainte contre eux.

Superpower double face makeup is perfect for me. I am Mexican with medium fair beige skin . I bought the 10 matte medium m-g . It is perfect I just use the powder over moisturizer. Not a cake look just a simple natural finish. No scent to the product, compact comes with a sponge pad and mirror to the case. 37$ with a free gift at this time . Price is responsible. I'd prefer it to be less $ of course.

Service client fantomatique, le site est une grosse arnaque qui vous promet des "récompenses fidélité" que vous ne recevez jamais ! J'ai 490 points fidélité, je peux bénéficier de plusieurs cadeaux depuis déjà des mois, le cadeau est indiqué comme "choisi", mais ne s'applique jamais au panier ! J'ai signalé plusieurs fois le problème, mais le service client ne fait rien, à part promettre de "faire remonter le problème", ce qui n'est jamais fait ! N'importe quel autre site aurait déjà proposé une autre solution au problème (de choisir par exemple tous mes cadeaux qu'ils enverraient par un colis séparé ou d'ajouter eux-mêmes manuellement tous mes cadeaux à l'une des commandes en cours) ou bien corrigé leur soit disant "bug" ! Mais eux, ils ne font strictement rien pour corriger leur erreur !
P.S.- la soit disant "réponse" à mon commentaire est également fausse, ce n'est qu'un bot automatique ! L'adresse email indiquée ci-dessous n'est pas prélevée ! Depuis le 15 avril, ils n'ont pas répondu à ma demande.
P.S.-BON, J'AI DU NOUVEAU)) Le 9 mai ils m'ont promis de traiter ma demande EN PRIORITÉ pour régler le "problème technique" (et non, ils ne peuvent pas intervenir de leur côté pour rajouter le cadeau au panier, ni me l'envoyer tout court en tant que geste commercial....). Ma demande a été, effectivement, traitée, ils ont trouvé la meilleure des solutions : ils m'ont annulé mes presque 500 points de fidélité (=~4 produits offerts) ! BRAVO, CLINIQUE !!!! It's 2023, and it's disappointing to see brands are still animal testing! I've only recently found this information out, and I'm disgusted! Although I've loved this brand for years I simply cannot support it any longer. Do better Clinique!!!
