Hikoki impact wrench 18v
This is a fantastic tool supplied by CNS at a price that beat many others. It’s an add on to my other tools, so it was a body only deal.
I ordered it on Wednesday and got it Friday, thanks very much to the CNS team

dissappointed
So annoyed! I spent a lot of time ordering bulk products and delivery of £15 was added on to the total, to be given this response 2 days later...
Unfortunately I have been unable to facilitate a shipment for the order due to restrictions with our courier.
Our courier would be unable to carry the order due to parcel dimensions and as a result we cannot ship it.
On this occasion I have issued a full refund in hope you can source the item elsewhere

Resposta da CNS PowerTools
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Unfortunately we have a strict set of rules to follow with our couriers and we are always looking at expanding our shipping options. On this occasion we were unable to ship the order and we apologise for this.
I am currently in talks with our couriers to try and get further services added.
Looking at the order a full refund had followed straight after the email was sent to you. Apologies for any issues this has caused you.
