Do not waste your hard earned money. Piece of crap. The mask inserts are poorly constructed, slide all over, leaving big gaps in your mask. They are very uncomfortable. And their customer service is horrendous. Their refund policy is a joke! HORRIBLE!

DIDNT GET CLOSE TO WHAT TRHEY PROMISE. AND DO NOT ASWER MAIL WHEN YOU COMPLAIN!!!!

I purchased a pack of face guards to go under a mask. This never arrived. I chased up my order and was told due to COVID-19 issues there had been delays. Fair enough. I started to chase again this week and was told that the order had been delivered according to the courier. I assured Colapa this had not happened. I was told to ask my family, neighbours and local post office. I had already made these checks before bothering the supplier. I asked for proof of delivery (a signature or photograph of a doorstep delivery) but obviously they have nothing. I am just sick of getting an automated reply with the same ‘suggestions’ - so I heartily recommend that you avoid this company like the plague. Very angry with pathetic responses. I have raised a dispute now with PayPal- but honestly don’t want my money back - I just want my face shields! 😡😡😡

I really like the mask insert. Very comfortable , good breathing and it doesn't get glasses foggy. Thank you

Considering this came from China, 5-6 weeks is normal. Product seems great.

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating, is because I had to contact the company, to get the tracking number information. I knew that it would take several weeks to receive my order, due to items being shipped from China, so was prepared for that wait. Items received well packaged and exactly what I had ordered.

I love your guards to wear under my masks. It keeps the fabric from going into my mouth and nose when I breathe, I can breathe easier, and I can wear lipstick without it smudging. Also, I can attach it to the ear elastic so it doesn't slip down as other do. THANKS for inventing this great product to wear as long as we need masks.

Terrible. Received email several weeks ago that the product was shipped. The shipping confirmation link is bogus. Still have not received product. #scam company

Although it took a while to arrive I am very pleased with my phone case. The help I was given when I asked how long it would take to arrive was second to none.

Product is as advertised, seller, was responsive to all questions and emails. I was impressed, hading ordered this product from a pop up add, I was skeptical that I would receive it or see my money.

My order was lost or misplaced by usps and Colapa was very kind and patient with me. Usps found my order and all was good.

Ordered and received mask brackets. Even due to the holidays and this pandemic, I think they were delivered in an exceptionable amount of time. I love the product, by the way. Tried them the day they arrived. Excellent!

Placed order on 12/11 for the mask breathing supplements. I have asked repeatedly for accurate tracking information and get no response. I paid extra for DHL, and no indication they shipped via DHL.

Today I asked for a refund and will report to PayPal. Perhaps that will get some attention. Until them, I suggest you avoid this merchant.

as always i was skeptical of the quality-price, but in this case i was GREATLY surprised! the case for my s20 5g fit perfectly & actually may hold up to described (im not going to try dropping it from 40'), but more impressisve were the ear buds i ordered too, the sound is unmatched in any # of other products i have, def recomend these folks products!!!
