I have emailed this company to cancel subscription weeks ago only to find I got an email today saying my order would be shipped tomorrow!! I tried again to cancel to no avail so I postponed it for amount and in the meantime I emailed them again. I have just recieved an email to say my order has been shipped!!! Awful company!! I will not let them off with this appalling behaviour. What a scam!!

This company is selling product they don't even have. I put in an order a week ago. Tracking was never sent, and their customer support is very slow and unprofessional. When they finally did respond to me, they told me they didn't have any product. Then offering to give me two free bottles if I didn't cancel the order. I don't trust them and I will not buy from them. Refund requested

The liquid collagen they sell shouldn’t be on back order for 2 months before they send it out and when you inquire there’s no way to cancel the order, only way is to return it if they will even accept a return. Really poor customer service. Then they say it’s shipped but the tracking number doesn’t work

I placed an order and subscribed neatly 4 weeks ago, no tracking information given. I contacted them theough email asking about delivery to which they said dispatch usually takes longer at this time of year due to high demand. I emailed again asking for my subscription to be cancelled which they offered 2 free bottles if I kept my subscription on and assured me my order was on its way, emailed again to ask for the subscription to be paused as by the time I get my 1st order I wont need the next one yet, especially with the free bottles i was offered, received confirmation of it being paused. When I have contacted them today asking for an update on delivery as I have waited the 7-9 days that they advised since my previous email saying it was sent out. I got a reply saying my subscription has been cancelled (which I never asked for) and no mention of my order that I placed
Very poor service

10 days later, my order still has not been shipped, they blame it on carriers.
Looking at other reviews (which I wish I had seen before ordering) I would NOT recommend this company. I have asked for a refund, but not confident they will provide.

I ORDERED ON 8/08/26 STILL WAITING 7/10/26 i HAVE E-MAILED THEM THEY ARE FULL OF PROMISES BUT TURNS OUT THEY ARE LIES BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS ON THE WAY THEY BLAME CARRIERS NOT PICKING ORDERS UP THEN THEY HAVE BEEN PICKED UP AND WILL RECEIVE SOON- FROM MY POINT OF VIEW ITS ALL LIES

Placed an order on August 27. Still have not received product on Oct 4th.

Two weeks after I placed my order, I contacted Colapaw and received a BS email about shippers and other vague excuses. They expected it to leave the carrier the following week. No accountability.

I emailed back and canceled the order on Sept 10. Received an evasive response on Sept 12th saying Order (magically) had shipped but gave no tracking info. It wasn't until Sept 23rd that I got a more official shipping confirmation. They charged my card on Sept. 24th. By October 4th the items still had not arrived. I tried three times to use the tracking info they provided on Sept 27th and it was not recognized by their carrier. At this time I suspected this could be a scam and filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I DO NOT recommend this company.

Ordered 19 September 2026. Still not despatched. Disgraceful service

I have been waiting weeks for my order snd it has still not arrived. Every time I email the company they reply that they will ship it early the following week. They never do.

Finally received two bottles after waiting 7 Weeks!! I don't know yet if its effective as only had it 3 days time will tell. Fair play from the company sending an extra bottle as I complained about the wait. So would recommend colapaw re structures its despatch and delivery procedures in the future.
