Easy to order, arrived quickly and items were well packaged. All the items were as shown on website and if good quality.

Personalised robe is brilliant quality but I am not satisfied with the fact I paid extra fees for a certain delivery date as it was a gift and it came 4 days late. Still awaiting my refund for that fee

Website is very easy to use and when items arrived they were reasonable quality for the price. My complaint is that every time I contacted them the customer service department took 4-5 days to reply to my emails rather than the 1-2 days stated on the website. Also, my parcel took 17 days to arrive rather than the 10 days quoted, they should change courier!

I'm only giving you one star because you have sent me this review and I havent received my order. Which i paid extra for for a quicker delivery

I ordered Paper Napkins for my Daughters wedding and they came in time and I am do happy with them, so would reckomend this company to anyone

Great quality product (as always from Confetti Shop!). Highly recommend; great size and quality, exactly what i was looking for and arrived in a timely manner.

I am so incredibly disappointed with my purchase. I purchased the knife and cake server set and had personalisation added, the image did not show any engraving already present on the knife only upon receipt on the same side as my personalisation, “stainless steel” was engraved deeper than my own message so unfortunately I cannot use the items for my event as the whole point was to have close up photos but it looks terrible as the first thing you see is “stainless steel” etched into the knife. Had this been apparent in the images advertised I would not have purchased.

Lovely guest book, good value and quick delivery

Speedy and quick service items delivered were also delivered way before the estimated delivery time frame. These make beautiful wedding favors and the finish is stunning.

My first and I think my last time that I will purchased from Confetti. I brought a face mask that was overpriced and made for a small child. I have a small face (as a adult lady) and the mask does not fit right. I would also advise that you don't pay for the express delivery, as this took just as long as the standard delivery. Really disappointed.

Quality of good is good but delivery and customer service are diabolical . Allow plenty of time for delivery. I ordered goods on 26/6 and paid extra for express delivery and on 11/7 I still have not received them. No response from customer service either
