Just tried to purchase 2 pairs of trainers online uk ..Does not want my money went to checkout accepted address but not postcode so then started again but press pay with paypal went to paypal went to pay and reverted me back to converse stated to imput name address which I did went to input postcode same again. Postcode not recognised ..Ridiculous CONVERSE WHEN YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL IT STATES YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS WHY DO YOU HAVE TO FILL IT IN AGAIN PAYPAL IS SUPPOSE TO BE A QUICK CHECKOUT NO OTHER UK COMPANY ACT LIKE THAT YOU GO TO PAYPAL PRESS PAY AND THEN STATES THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER BUT OH NO NOT YOUR COMPANY my advice DO NOT DEAL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe aventi la suola in gomma beige con la tomaia che si scolla, si evince che manca la colla per un difetto di produzione. Sono in contatto con il servizio clienti che mi dice che bastano le foto che gli ho mandato e ci vogliono 5 giorni lavorativi. Dopo 5 giorni lavorativi mi comunicano che gli servono altre foto. Per il servizio ricevuto dal servizio clienti ad ora si meritano una stella. E niente servizio clienti che dice una cosa per volta tipo miva lanciami i componenti, persi 3 o 4 giorni per lassismo in comunicazione. Una stella è anche troppo.

Inmiddels zijn we meer dan 48 uur verder en nog steeds niet gehoord. Dus ik heb geprobeerd de klantenservice te bellen, maar het Nederlandse telefoonnummer is niet bereikbaar. En dat terwijl de prijs van de schoenen niet lager is dan bij de retailer. Lekker graaien voor Converse dus, ten koste van de consument. Nu ben ik langs gegaan bij het pakketpunt maar ook daar is het pakket niet te vinden. Tot overmaat van ramp staat het adres van het pakketpunt op het label en niet mijn adres, waardoor ze er daar (in slecht Nederlands...) ook maar weinig mee konden. Kortom, de laatste keer dat ik hier heb besteld.

Converse shoes are the best

Converse shoes are the best. I mean I have this nostalgic feeling whenever I wear a converse. Somehow it connects me to those rock and roll times.

The fit is good. The feel is good. Just amazing shoes to have a part of your wardrobe.

Qualité sav médiocre

J’ai acheté une paire personnalisable en cuir vernis, résultat au bout de quelques semaines le cuir a cloqué, les chaussures ne sont plus portables, à plus de 100€ la paire.
Le sav me propose un remboursement de 15%… et d’en plus retourner le produit ! C’est médiocre comme leurs chaussures

Between plummeting product quality and…

Between plummeting product quality and poor customer service setup, my days of buying Converse are done.

The problem started when my custom converse - which looked ok except for sloppy glue work along the toes - started falling apart just a few months after getting them and with pretty minimal wear.

So, they issued a credit. Fine. Whatever.

Placed an order but had to return shoes that didn't fit so my credit was re-issued.

But they are unusable online as it needs to be a gift card with PIN to use. Which these don't have.

Cue contacting customer service. A term that should be used lightly. After over an hour, I get one of the credits re-issued as a gift card via email. The other does not come through.

Now they say I need to wait 24-48 hours for them to send a "test email". It's 2026, emails take mere seconds.

So I've already wasted nearly 2 hours of my time dealing with this and now I'm expected to waste more? They're probably hoping people like me just give up and don't use the credit so they keep the money.

Both the quality of the product and whatever nonsense SAAS they use for "customer service" are basically trash now.

I am a very big converse lover but the past few times i’ve gotten converse shoes the laces have snapped and the eyelets have bent and some have fell out i was going to put my converse on today and the laces snapped

Commande qui devait arriver le 30 avril…

Commande qui devait arriver le 30 avril mais Converse laisse le choix à UPS de modifier la livraison sans votre consentement. Aujourd'hui mon colis est dans un UPS Access Point sans que je sache l'adresse (il faut 7 jours pour le récupérer) le service client laisse à désirer. Plus qu'à trouver une solution de dernière minute pour un cadeau d'anniversaire. Merci Converse.

Really bad customer service & customization software

I placed a fully custom order on converse.com and they created my shoes with the wrong midsole color (the rubber around the sides and the toe area). When I reached out about the issue they claimed that I "left that field unspecified", which is nuts. There are three midsole color options: white, off-white, black. I had chosen the off-white midsole because the majority of the canvas I chose for the shoe was also off-white. I know that I customized every single aspect of the shoe and even sent them the mockup photo the website created as proof... but they dug their heels in and said that they would do noting at all to correct the error. I should also note that it took them a full week to respond to me and deny my claim. If you create a custom order on their website I suggest you take screenshots of every step to protect yourself because they don't give you a written list of all your specs at the end so all you have is the photo mockup which clearly they will ignore when it's a subtle difference like white vs off-white. News flash: subtle differences matter to someone who paid extra to fully customize a shoe.

p.s. - There is a lot of info online about sizing down in converse and I can personally say that if I had sized down form my normal shoe size I would be SO mad because my normal shoe size fits great and a smaller size would hurt my feet. If you want a specific style, go try it on in person somewhere before ordering online.

Je porte des converse depuis 20 ans
J'ai acheté une paire l'année dernière 53€en avril 2025, portées au printemps, et remise pour ce printemps 2026...la semelle est déjà trouée!!!!
même pas 6 mois de vie.
La qualité du tissus est médiocre au point de se trouée après les avoir portées, les lacets sont ridiculement petits....Les prix s'envoient mais la qualité diminue à vitesse grand V!!!
Une chose est sûre je n'en achèterais plus jamais.
Quand on voit les notes la marque devrait se remettre en question!!!!
Je trouve ça HONTEUX de payer uniquement pour la marque.
Je trouvais les prix lamentables ben je vais faire des économies et acheter ailleurs

J'ai acheté un soulier il mentionne que le soulier est fait grand de prendre une grandeur plus petite, ce que j'ai fait
Mais il son trop petit et ils ne veulent pas rembourser J'ai demandé un échange il ont dit non aussi
Donc je vous suggère fortement de ne pas acheter en ligne mauvais service après vente

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I placed an order through their Australian website, and the parcel was delivered after being signed for by a complete random person, where it was subsequently stolen. I had not authorised anyone else to sign for or receive the delivery, yet the company has refused to take any responsibility for this.

As a result, I am now out of pocket over $130 for shoes I never received. The lack of accountability and support is extremely disappointing. Deplorable service.

Beware

Beware. Converse recently changed its return policy on Converse by You custom orders. Prior to 3/1/25 custom orders could be returned. No longer so I am stuck with a pair of sneakers that don’t fit. Will never order from them again. This policy change is not easy to find oof their website. It could be a warning when u start to customize.

Converse has the worst customer service…

Converse has the worst customer service of a US company that I have encountered. They say they have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects, which includes flaws in stitching, but they do are not accountable for their products. I bought multiple pairs of the same sneaker, one of which held up fine wearing them for over a year. The normal wear and tear you would expect. When I started wearing the other pair I bought (same model), the stitching that held the elastic upper with the bottom of the shoe started unraveling after just a few weeks. I filed a claim, and they denied it. Super disappointing, and I want to warn other customers to shop elsewhere with customers that honor their warranties and products.

Attention couleurs proposées ne correspondent pas à la commande.

Attention aux couleurs proposées par converse, surtout pour les baskets customisees, ne correspond pas du tout à votre commande. Mon souhait du rouge que l on constate bien sur le résultat final et l on reçoit du rose pâle.
Lors de la réclamation on nous confirme qu il s agit de la couleur cherry balm… Bien loin du rouge montré sur la dernière image juste avant le paiement et sur le récapitulatif de la commande après paiement la basket en photo avec le porte clef (que je réceptionne à part quelques jours après la commande est bien rouge).
Ne faites donc pas confiance à l image proposée et lisez bien entre les lignes…
Déception +++
Bien évidemment Converse quand tout va bien c est au top, mais au moindre problème c est plus compliqué.

Nie wieder!!!

Absolute Frechheit. Nie wieder!
Habe aufgrund der falschen Darstellung der Versandkosten in Apple Pay versehentlich Expressversand für Sage und Schreibe 15€ ausgewählt.
Das ganze aber erst nach erfolgreicher Bestellung bemerkt. Und dann festgestellt dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt die Bestellung zu ändern oder stornieren. Wenige Minuten später beim Kundenservice angerufen. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass auch am Telefon keine Stornierung/ Änderung möglich sei. Ich aber einfach die Paketannahme verweigern soll und den kompletten Betrag inklusive Versand zurück erstattet bekommen würde. Das konnte ich fast nicht glauben und habe es mir nochmal am Telefon bestätigen lassen. Und siehe da, nach Verweigerung des Pakets wurde wie bereits von mir vermutet natürlich keine Versandkosten erstattet. Dh. Ich habe 15€ bezahlt damit Converse Schuhe in der Welt spazieren fahren darf… Nie wieder!!!
