Evri STOLE my Converse…
Update 18Dec25 - Sadly I did not/have not received my order, but I am pleased with Converse management of this in advising an investigation will start, a refund will be given and a good will gesture discount for a next purchase. Unfortunately, as long as Converse use Evri, I wont purchase directly from their website. Thanks Vega, for your support today.
I think Evri have STOLEN my Converse order! (I will update my review and apologise if I get my order!) That being said, this review is not about Converse rather a review to encourage more retailers like Converse to strongly consider boycotting Evri as the preferred couriers of their goods (which are overall not cheap!) until they can get their act together! I ordered from Converse on the 6th Dec, and since the 10th Dec, after Evri confirming they have my parcel, the tracking updates have ceased! And as we know that AI bot is just going round and round in circles. I contacted Converse yesterday 15/12/25 and it is clear from the advisors response, they are perhaps used to hearing this and simply stated, give it one more day and call back, we will refund you! I mean that's good and all, but Evri are taking the mickey out of both retailers ad customers and I submit they are not fit for purpose.

Order status showed package had left their facility and courier status was showing that it was awaiting the package - the status did not update for 12 days & all they offered was a refund that could take up to 8 days without even offering to try and locate the package or send an express replacement
Manufacturing faults in the shoes
I ordered a pair of pure white converses direct from them and when the shoes arrived one of the rings of the laces part was silver and not white. It's clearly a manufacturing issue but when contacting converse they said I would have to send them back, but I would have to pay an extra £5.50 to return them which is ridiculous. How can such a big company treat people like this and it was supposed to be a Christmas present.

J'ai passé commande poyr une paire personnalisée. 1 mois plus tard je reçois un mail comme quoi mon retour a bien été reçu par Converse. Le problème ? Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande, logique implacable je n'ai pas pu la retourner. J'appelle le service client qui m'explique que mon colis avait été mis en point relais, mais jamais eu de notif. "On a des problèmes avec UPS". Je rétorque que j'ai sélectionné la livraison à domicile. "Le colis ne devait pas rentrer dans votre bal" sauf qu'aucun livreur n'a jamais sonné chez moi et aucun mail ni SMS. "Nous avons des problèmes avec les sociétés de livraison, il y a beaucoup de problèmes." Et donc? Résultat one dit de repasser ma commande, hors de question pour avoir le même problème. Visiblement c'est normal et personne n'a l'air de se bouger pour régler ça.

The shoes I ordered as a gift were very competitively priced. However, due to their choice of courier, I couldn’t select the day of delivery. The consequence being my order arrived when I was out of the house and taken in by my partner. This wouldn’t have been such an issue, if the address label didn’t have ‘Converse Store’ listed as the sender. The result is, my surprise present isn’t a surprise anymore. So good product, great price. But service was a complete let down.

Paid through PayPal; when I checked the details on the order confirmation I noticed that the delivery address was wrong (no option to check before processing). I immediately contacted Converse customer service and was in disbelief that they could not a) amend or b) cancel the order.
How I will receive my order is not very hit and miss as I will be relying on someone who receives the package to return or enjoy a couple of pairs of new Converse.
I'll never use Converse evern again.

Asked to cancel and refund, 12 days later still no refund and when I chased it I was told it could take ANOTHER 12 days!
Please don’t order from here. Frustrating, unhelpful and zero customer respect.

Great shoes. Completely useless at actually delivering anything! My first order with Converse in 2024 was refunded because they found out they didn't have any stock. I tried again last week to buy some shoes. Their courier Evri (you can't choose) made one supposed attempt at delivery today, and now the shoes are on their way back to The Netherlands. Totally brainless company, I won't be making a third attempt!

Ho acquistato le converse chuck Taylor pelose. Devo dire che le recensioni mi avevano un pochino spaventata ma, io non ho avuto nessun problema. Arrivate nella data prevista. Ho trovato il sistema di tracciamento molto chiaro. La finestra di consegna era dal 27 Novembre al 1 Dicembre e sono arrivate oggi 28 Novembre. Molto carine . Devo dire che dissento solo sul consiglio del numero da scegliere. Io ho il 35 ed ho preso il 35 e sono perfette. Mezzo numero in meno ( a parte che non c'era) secondo me sarebbero state troppo precise. Prendete il vostro numero.
