Hola,
Me compré unas Converse con plataforma. La experiencia fue horrorosa: me caí dos veces sin ningún tipo de explicación. Es como si el pie no pudiese hacer el movimiento necesario a la hora de bajar un mínimo desnivel. Reclamé porque me habían costado un dinero pero no era ya tanto el dinero sino el peligro de perder una cadera.
Pasaron del tema olímpicamente. Las tiré porque si las tenía podría volver a ponérmelas en algún momento y caer de nuevo.
Me he tomado el tiempo de escribir esta reseña porque no quiero que nadie cometa el error que yo cometí.

Ni confirmación, ni seguimiento, ni pedido
Bueno, pues resulta que me he comprado una chaqueta y unas zapatillas que estaban en oferta la compra la hice a través de PayPal sin ningún tipo de inconveniente , total, que para mi sorpresa veo que no recibo ningún correo de confirmación y la página me ha dado error al terminar el pago. Al ver esto voy a la app de mi banco y ¡oh sorpresa! Veo que efectivamente me han cobrado el importe de mi pedido, total que me meto en la web en el apartado de mis pedidos para verificar que se ha realizado correctamente y OH SORPRESA NO HAY NINGÚN PEDIDO REALIZADO.
Cabe mencionar que la compra la he realizado a través de la pagina de Converse.com. Normalmente antes de comprar suelo mirar reseñas y vaya por dios que para una vez que no lo hago y digo vale es Converse me fío, toma estafa en la cara.
Me parece deleznable lo de esta empresa, pocas reseñas malas tiene para lo que se merece.

No sneakers, no money back, just huge waste of time
Ordered 5 pairs of sneakers. When i opened a box turned out 3 pairs are for baby girls -- pink and many sizes small. Called Converse and they told me to return, everything will be just fine. Returned whole purchase immediately. Converse got my return a month ago. Since then i called 7 times and was told every time that refund was issued and it takes two weeks, another week, etc to process and post. Finally they admitted that there was no refund. Since they sent wrong sneakers, they cannot enter them back into the system, therefore they cannot issue a refund. So, bottom line no sneakers, out of money for 5 pairs, and wasted many hours on the phone. Don't buy from them.

Bonjour ! J’ai commandé les chaussures sur le site officiel Converse car c’est ici que j’ai trouvé le modèle qui me convenait le mieux. J’ai rencontré des difficultés lors de ma commande ( l’adresse), j’ai contacté le service client au téléphone. M’on interlocutrice était adorable, et le problème vite résolu. La commande expédiée rapidement, les chaussures me vont parfaitement. Je recommande vivement.

No les pongo 0 porque no se puede. Te van a destrozar las Navidades. Dan un plazo de 4 a 6 días laborables y sigue pasando el tiempo y no se sabe nada. Llamas y cada vez te dicen una cosa, te marean y te mienten descaradamente y el paquete sin aparecer y tu dinero en su bolsillo, por lo tanto se puede decir que es una auténtica estafa. Los consumidores estamos desamparados. Jamás me volverán a tener como cliente.

Item was ordered for a birthday present before Christmas and wasn't dispatched until 2nd of January so took 10 days just to hand the item to the courier. I'm still waiting on the items. Customer service have the most random music when calling and customer service person was helpful. But I found the whole thing totally unprofessional and you would expect a better service from a big brands company

I truly don’t know how this company has a rating as HIGH as 1.6 stars.
Everything I’ve read in the negative reviews below is exactly my experience, albeit I have waited weeks.
I have nothing that I ordered, they have my money, and the tracking has been forever stuck in some places as “packed” and in others as “processed”, yet neither seems to be true …apart from them having my money.
It’s absolutely astonishing how trashy and incapable they are, and they just DO NOT care. If the brand name wasn’t on their site, everybody would be screaming that these are scammers. They'd be found and shut down.
I keep wondering if this can actually be the real brand and company, but it actually is.
Their thing is: Offer frequent discounts for impressive amounts (currently 30% - which is the most common one), so you’ll buy direct from their site, but once your money is paid, good luck getting your hands on the goods.
If you manage to speak to anyone, especially someone who isn’t completely rude to you, they will just look up the same meaningless tracking you’re looking at and quote it back to you.
My shoes have been “Packed” for over two weeks (approaching three), but nobody knows where they are, nor do they care. They don’t want to talk about it.
You may also have noticed that Converse are very different shoes than they used to be (including how much narrower and harder in cheap material they’ve become). That’s because they’re now VERY poorly made in the far east (although long made over there), albeit looking very similar/ They simply re-direct supply of horribly made shoes to a facility in the middle of Europe and ship them out from there.
Those amazing discounts they keep offering are possible because the recent shoes that LOOK the same as old (but now feel like they're made from cardboard, glue, and sandpaper) now take so incredibly little to make.
If you really do have to buy a pair of Converse thinking they're what they used to be, just please don’t buy them from their site, no matter how they lure you.
Sadly, the chances are you’re here after buying, because you got caught too, and needed to find out if others had suffered the same.

Don't trust delivery times
Wow I usually read reviews but thought I was safe ordering from such a well known companies site. My order (34753348) was placed several days ago now with 4-5day delivery advertised it has now been 1 week and it still hasn't left converse! I have moved house and thought didn't want to have it sent to my new address if I wasn't there but now I am not going to be at the address I have ordered to due to the delays. I emailed and called converse and was given no help with this, despite the parcel still being with them they would not change the address or reimburse the cost for parcel force to change the address despite this issue being due to their false advertisement on delivery times. I completely understand a delay over the festive period but if this had been stated on the site I wouldn't have ordered to the original address.
Converse on the phone will only refund the cost when they receive the parcel back but I am not at the property to return this item anymore if it is left on the doorstep/with a neighbour.
I don't usually leave reviews but I am very dissapointed with the customer service here.

No recomiendo para nada comprar en converse,mi experiencia a sido un desastre yo pedí unas personalizadas el 26 de noviembre para fiestas y ponía que me llegaría el 17 de diciembre , las compre ya que las quería para el 21 dije tiene unos días para retrasos y me llegaron el 31,a todo esto no podía contactar con la empresa de trasporte y los de converse se lavaron las manos que no era cosa de ellos decían,vamos que si pudiera les pongo menos 1 ⭐ .
