I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Converse.com, but with such a big brand you don't really think that you need to! I placed an order which was accepted and a few hours later received an email to say that due to technical issues the order has been cancelled please place a new order so the day after i placed a second order and exactly the same thing happened my order was cancelled due to a technical issue. I called customer services and was told its because my address is to long! it was just a normal address!!! on both emails I was told that the refund would be done within 7 days I have called them today to be told that it is with the financial team so I emailed and received the following response 'Please note that this has been addressed to our financial department and they are working on it so both transactions are deleted as soon as possible, we kindly ask for your patien while this is being sorted on their end. Once they provide a result you will be notified.' I don't understand why the refund was not done straight away when no product has even been sent out as the orders were both cancelled. I am now outstanding nearly £150 that I need and I have to wait! absolutely disgraceful behavior I will never order from Converse again, but lets be honest, they are so big that i am sure they won't care anyway!!

Absolut schnelle und platzsparend verpackte Lieferung. Der Karton war nur etwas schwerer zu öffnen aufgrund der schlechten Perforation. Sonst alles optimal verlaufen. Ich hatte aber auch keine Retoure.

Pas la bonne commande: j'ai commandé des baskets en promotion à paillettes et en taille 40. Je me suis retrouvée avec des baskets marron claires en taille 41. J'ai du prouvé que ce que j'avais reçu n'était pas la bonne commande. J'ai retourné le colis et depuis plus de nouvelle. Je pense que je ne reverrai jamais mes 60 euros. So far I will give a five star rating because I have just placed my order and awaiting them to be delivered in five days time. It a pity that do many people have had such a bad experience with Converse, I’m hoping that my experience will have a happy ending so I will write another review once I receive them and let you know how I got on.

But I just HAVE to give 5 stars!!!!
As I signed up to the Converse mailing list I was given a 20% discount code to use on my first purchase. But then I was made aware I should also get a 25% discount code to use on my birthday.
I was given the 20% discount code but I never received my birthday discount code and my birthday was on the 4th of February.
I contacted Converse by email and explained my issue. They asked me to check my spam email folder and I did. But I still hadn't received my code. I contacted Converse again and they promptly solved my issue by sending me a new birthday discount code 😃
I bought myself the Converse Chuck 70 De Luxe Heeled boots in black. They are £125 but I paid £93.75 with my discount code. They are worth every single penny too!! I ordered them on the 5th of February and I received them on the 7th of February!!!
On opening the box I thought they could have been packed a little better. They were just about covered with a little tissue paper and were rattling around in the box a bit. But my Converse were still in perfect condition.
I usually buy a UK size 5 in the Run Star Hike but I ordered a size 4.5 in the Chuck 70 De Luxe Heeled boots. And I'm so glad I did. They fit perfectly. I don't own any heels but these boots are super comfortable and go with almost everything!!
My shopping experience from beginning to end was fantastic and customer services were really understanding, helpful and polite.
I will definitely be buying from Converse.com again as I want the Chuck 70 De Luxe Heeled boots in cream and white.

Attention lorsque vous demandez un remboursement, les délais ne sont pas respectés. On vous annonce 15 jours pour obtenir le remboursement, dans les faits il faut se battre pour l'obtenir et à ce jour je n'ai aucune certitude qu'il finisse par arriver...j'ai fait une réclamation au service client qui en fait une au service financier...autant dire que je ne suis pas prête de revoir mes 150 euros !

After seeing reviews ordered one of the pairs I wanted and used PayPal to be safer. They arrived within 5 days and lovely. So ordered another pair and same thing.
Maybe just lucky but happy with service and will order again.

Schoenen besteld, betaald en de volgende stap was “ Oeps, de pagina is verlopen! Je reinste oplichterij, geen orderbevestiging ontvangen dus ook geen schoenen . E-Mail gestuurd en gebeld antwoord is “u moet geduld hebben en als u binnen 10 dagen uw geld niet terug gestort heeft gekregen moet u weer contact opnemen” nu ik de recensies gelezen heb geeft dit niet echt een bevestiging dat dit goed moet komen en dus zal ik rechtsbijstand of een incassobureau moeten inschakelen om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Hopend dat dit niet nodig is en dat morgen mijn geld terug gestort is.

I've been waiting for nearly four months for a refund after returning a pair of shoes due to a manufacturing defect. Every week, a new excuse… but still no refund!
Their customer service is incompetent, and the management is deplorable. Given their prices, I expected a much more reliable service. Avoid at all costs!
Poor Quality and Poor Experience
I recently placed three separate orders directly through Converse.
The first order had defective shoes, with glue smeared all over them that wasn’t able to be cleaned off. I requested a return and sent them back.
The second order I placed was lost in transit and never arrived. They were not able to provide a replacement and the order had never even left their shipping warehouse. They issued a refund and it has not been received after two months.
The third order was fine, but it took them SIX WEEKS to process my first refund for l the defective shoes I returned.
Converse is not an ethical company and I did not have a great experience with them.

Aktion/schlechter Kundensupport
Habe bei einer Aktion (Billie Eilish) Schuhe personalisiert. Paket kam aber nie an. Der Zusteller war laut Sendungsverfolgung nicht mal da gewesen. Nach zwei Wochen erhielt ich zwar das Geld zurück, aber eigentlich wollte ich ja die Schuhe. Kundensupport ist katastrophal. Mehrfach die Zusage bekommen man kümmere sich drum, aber nichts ist passiert. Dann gesagt bekommen ich solle neu bestellen - ist aber nicht möglich, da die Aktion ja schon abgelaufen ist. Der Support scheint nicht so viel Ahnung vom Shop zu haben.
Das ganze zieht sich jetzt schon seit Wochen, aber nichts tut sich. Werde bei dem Shop eher nicht mehr bestellen. Schade, die Aktion fand ich eigentlich ganz gut.

Servizio di assistenza al cliente pessimo. Ho fatto un ordine online sul loro sito, dopo altri precedenti , andati a buon fine. Scopro che non mi verrà consegnato, perchè il corriere POSTE ITALIANE non ha trovato il mio indirizzo (quando sul mio account è chiaramente indicato e completo), da una mail dove mi dicono che procederanno al reso senza richiesta di ulteriori info da parte mia. A mia chiamata al Customer Service mi dicono di chiamare POSTE ITALIANE, perchè il pacco risulta consegnato in un hub di PI nel paese vicino. Trovo indecente che sia il cliente a doversi interessare per recuperare un pacco che loro non sono riusciti a consegnare e già pagato. Senza contare che l'informazione via mail differisce da quella ricevuta dall'assistenza al telefono. Sto provando a contattare PI senza esito perchè non mi risponde nessuno...
