We found Sam's Customer Care Service brilliant. He came over as helpful and friendly, being understanding of our needs. The Countryside homes at Humberston Meadows are lovely and we would consider buying one in the future if our circumstances change.

We are first time buyers, and we was really put at ease, Sam was great very calm and understanding, not one bit pushy on any part and explained everything perfectly.

The houses are of poor quality, structurally defected and made so quicker just to sell and scam the people around. We were sold the property of Belle Vue by countryside telling us resolving all issues and a warranty of 10 years, but everything stopped after 2 years, the issues reported remained unsolved. The leakage in the house is the main problem, moulds within 2 years, does it sound reasonable enough?

Communication was clear throughout the process, and any questions we raised were responded to promptly. The sales team kept us informed at every step, which made the journey much smoother and less stressful.
