When I first went to enquire about houses available on the housing estate, Sharn was very helpful and honest regarding, prices, extras, and especially helping me with online issues I had to do, to help with reserving a property I really loved, very positive and helpful experience dealing with countryside homes.

​As a first-time buyer, I walked into this process with a lot of nerves and even more questions. I’d heard the horror stories about how stressful buying a home can be, but Countryside Homes truly made my dream come true.

The Process: Seamless and Supportive From the first viewing to the moment I got my house reversed, the process was impressively smooth. They seemed to understand that as a newcomer to the property market, I needed a bit more "hand-holding." There were no hidden surprises or communication blackouts—just a clear, guided path forward.

​What really set them apart was the quality of the information provided. They didn’t just throw a stack of legal documents at me; they took the time to explain:

Linda was very helpful. All my questions were answered. I arrived without an appointment. Linda was very accommodating.

I fell into the show room at Morella Woods Lenham from home searching locally. Meeting Sammy there was my great good luck. Immediately I felt at home. I did want a home in the area but something odd happened when I was there. Ducks fell into line, maybe that was it. Anyway it was something odd.

We started in a three bed show home then moved on onto another and then the last show home. The last show home had everything I had always wanted. I should add there is only me and my dog Denver.

I particularly needed a nice kitchen dinner looking out on the garden. Tick. Comfortable main bedroom and en-suite. Tick. Garage. Tick. What! Double garage!!! Amazing. I didn’t want a car barn at all. I can see the reason. But I didn’t want one. West facing garden? Of yes said Sammy. You want that one then. Pointing out of the front window to another of the same design. Want to look inside? 😃 I took a little time to look around. It’s a serious decision. But Sammy gave me space and it was easy in the end.

Craig Jones has provided a fantastic service at Saddlers Reach so far.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t all been positive. While the homes themselves are lovely, the attention to detail is lacking. Customer service has been disappointing and often rude. When faults were reported, issues were frequently dealt with poorly or patched up, only for the same problems to resurface months later, rather than being fixed properly the first time.

The only reason I have given three stars and not one, is because of Rhodri. He has always been approachable and supportive, not only throughout the purchase process but well beyond it. Even after leaving the site, he continues to help us with any queries we have. Rhodri truly made this journey memorable for us, and it’s a shame the rest of the company doesn’t operate to the same standard.

From start to finish total guidance & reassurance as a nervous first time buyer of countryside builds. Rhodri were so professional & had time for detail & conversations going above a beyond this gentleman needs to be recognised for his hard work with each individual customer very happy.

I am writing this review the day after we collected the keys at Coppenhall Place.
We would like to express our immense gratitude to Sharn for the fantastic support, energy, and cheerful disposition she demonstrated from the very first day she showed us the property until the final day when we collected the keys, as well as for managing the entire process in a very transparent manner. She and her team managed to accomplish all of this in a very short time after the booking. Everything was completed in less than a month.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all the people at CountrySide, Justine, Josh, and Billie, who provided us with tremendous support during the whole process.

I do not know anyone on the development I bought into who have a positive word to say about the company.
They knock up homes ASAP, push back on faults hoping the client goes away. Absolutely the worst experience.
Never, never would I consider buying from this mob.

I'm am so not interested in contacting the addressed reply. It's an email I know well and I wouldn't insult myself getting involved in the Vistry roundabout. Vistry is rubbish.

We attended Milby Meadows in Nuneaton with a view to a new property. We didn’t have an appointment so expected to be asked to come back another time. However Hazel took her time to talk us through the development alongside Alan, and then to show us to all the available areas. She was particularly helpful in letting us view all 3 plots of the type of house we were interested in. She was not at all pushy (this puts us off), rather she gave an honest appraisal. We spent a good amount of time in our favoured plot, before Hazel introduced us to a financial advisor for no commitment advice and also the home move service. Hazel was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and we are hopefully now proceeding with a purchase. Thanks Hazel for a very positive experience.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences with your sales team at Countrywide at the gateway development at Bexhill on sea.

This review is to highlight critical areas that require attention and further training required

During my interactions, I noticed that the sales representatives offered their perspectives without fully recognizing the real facts. For instance, they mentioned that other developers would not engage in certain practices, despite my own practical experience contradicting this assertion. This disconnect between their statements and reality is concerning and should be addressed.

Additionally, I found there approach to be quite pushy during phone conversations, with one representative being particularly demanding. Such behavior can be perceived as rude and unprofessional, especially within a sales context where relationship-building is key.

I believe that addressing these issues through focused training will enhance your team's professionalism and effectiveness.
