Very Quick delivery and they always inform me about the process

Honestly I am delighted being served by Courier Center especially the employee who brings and deliver parcels to the receivers

Γενικά η εξυπηρέτηση είναι σωστή Όταν όμως χρειάστηκε να συνεννοηθώ με φυσικό πρόσωπο στάθηκε αδύνατον να επικοινωνήσω με κάποιον εκπρόσωπο.Τα θέματα που μπορεί να έχει ο πελάτης δεν μπορούν να λυθούν μόνο με τον ψηφιακό βοηθό και με τα μηνύματα.Θα ήθελα να έχω επικοινωνία με φυσικό πρόσωπο δηλαδή να μπορεί κάποιος να σηκώνει το τηλέφωνο.Με ενοχλεί να προσπαθώ να εξηγήσω με έσω μέιλ και ψηφιακού ότι προέκυψε θέμα υγείας και πρεπει να αλλάξει η συμφωνηθεισα ημέρα και ο ψηφιακός να απαντά "η παράδοση έχει ορισθεί για την τάδε ημέρα" Αυτά και ευχαριστω

Η χειροτερη κουριερ που υπαρχει στην ιεραπετρα τουλαχιστον! Δε σε ενημερωνουν ποτε οτι εχει ερθει το δεμα και δε σηκωνουν ποτε τα τηλεφωνα! Οταν μου δινουν επιλογη δεν επιλεγω ποτε αυτη την μεταφορικη

Εξαιρετικός διανομέας

Η παραγγελία παραδόθηκε πολύ γρήγορα. Ο υπάλληλος ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και αποτελεσματικός.

Μου αρέσει η εταιρεία σας γιατί είναι γρήγορη στις παραδόσεις στην περιοχή μου και τα παιδιά πολύ ευγενικά 💜

A bit disappointed as today your driver called me but I was busy working so didn't hear his call.
I called back 20 minutes later and he was on his way back to Chania.
Not everyone can drop everything just like that.
I asked him why he couldn't deliver to the house, which led to a long heated discussion.
The other couriers either deliver to our house Or they ring when they get to Kissamos to give everyone time to arrange things.
On Friday I had to go out and unfortunately lol eft my phone at home but my wife was in.
He did leave it in a Mimi market in Kissamos who kindly kept my parcel till I could get there.
Here's hoping things go smoother next time.

I had to go and get my item from their office because they hadn’t arrange the delivery for 3 days at least since my item had arrived at their office.

At least it was delivered without any problem instead of informing me of failed delivery on numerous occasions when the drop off point in the village is open 0700-2000 7 days a week then stating I drive 1 hr to store then 1 hr back which I have done unhappily to take package.
I don't have this problem with other couriers in Rethymno

They are the best. Very easy on communication amd of couse the delivery. Thank you
